Sleeping arrangements

Ideal for families or large groups. With 3 spacious bedrooms, each furnished with two queen beds, you’ll have plenty of room for everyone to sleep soundly. The attached bathrooms in two of the bedrooms add extra privacy and convenience, while the third bedroom offers a serene, restful space. The beds are outfitted with plush bedding, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep after a full day of relaxation or exploring the surrounding area.

Designed with comfort and ease in mind. A sectional sofa awaits in the main living area, offering ample seating for everyone. Additional amenities ensure a hassle-free stay, from free parking on the premises to a washer/dryer for your convenience. The home also includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a heating system, so you’re comfortable year-round.



Located just a short drive from Downtown Tampa, the Florida Aquarium, and local attractions, this home offers the perfect balance of peace and convenience. Whether you're visiting for a relaxing weekend getaway or a longer stay, this home is designed to help you create lasting memories.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. The dock located on the property is strictly off-limits for guest use. Accessing the dock is prohibited for safety and liability reasons.



There are 2 parking spots available in the driveway. Please do NOT park in the street.



The Neighborhood:

The Palm River-Clair Mel area of East Tampa. Designed for comfort and style, our property offers everything you need for a fantastic stay. We're just a short drive to Downtown Tampa (approx. 11 min) and all of Tampa's top attractions, dining, and shopping. You'll have easy access to major highways.



Getting Around:

You'll find easy access to major roadways (like I-75 and the Selmon Expressway, which will be important for getting to downtown or the airport). Expect to find a good selection of local businesses, including: Grocery Stores, restaurants, parks and recreation, shopping. The best way to get around is driving.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
