We are 15 minutes away from the airport, 10 minutes away from Raymond James Stadium, 10 minutes away from Busch Gardens, 15 minutes away from Amalie arena, Sparkman Wharf and downtown Tampa! This newly renovated, luxury home boasts a collection of modern "must have" amenities such as a pool, bonfire pit, outdoor dining area, Smart TV's, full kitchen, and free high speed internet! Your host has paid attention to every detail of this home to ensure an awe-inspiring guest experience. Very cute house and clean. Comfortable beds and great pillows(which is rare). We stayed here for a 2 day Busch Gardens trip. Close to the park and necessities. Plenty of space for our group and everyone loved the pool and the backyard area. We planned to grill the first night but realized the propane tank was empty. Reached out and the owner came and replaced the tank immediately. Great guy, he was there quickly and in and out in 5 minutes with minimal disruption. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Nice home, bug/ant issue

The home was nice. The only glaring issue was the amount of Ants and bugs that were in the home. Maybe due to the hurricane. But we cleaned the bathroom and there were still bugs. There were ants crawling on a toothbrush in which we had to replace. Besides that the home is spacious for a big group. With pool access. A deeper clean of the home should be required before booking the home. The host was responsive and clear with instructions.

Thank you again, Justin for choosing to stay with me. I am sorry about you encountering some ants in the home. As we discussed, after storms in Florida- bugs commonly enter the home. We did spray the home after each hurricane to mitigate the bugs. As you can tell, even after you cleaned the areas of concern, there were still some ants. Since your stay we have again sprayed, and did additional pest control to ensure the home is as bug free as a home can be in Florida. Thank you again for choosing to stay with me!

Beau voyage en famille durant la relâche scolaire

La cour de cette maison est très agréable. Malgré l'âge de la maison, nous avons très bien pu dormir 4 adultes et 3 enfants. Il serait intéressant d'avoir un peu plus d'équipements dans la cuisine tel que des plats. Nous avons bien aimé notre voyage.

The host was amazing! Responded quickly, and was very attentive. The house was very clean. Only downfall for me is that I stayed by myself, and the property is located right off of a busy street. Overall, everything was amazing!
