Ocean View Condo Parfait pour toute la famille au Colony Reef Club 2410

Récemment mis à jour avec un décor frais en 2019! Il s'agit d'une superbe chambre à coucher de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec vue sur l'océan qui se trouve dans le bùtiment du Nord. La chambre des maßtres a un lit king, la chambre d'invité a une reine et un lit jumeau et la troisiÚme chambre plus petite (Crow's Nest) dispose de 2 ensembles de lits superposés qui dormissent quatre enfants. Cette unité a beaucoup de zone de couchage pour une grande famille.

La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec un poĂȘle Ă  surface lisse, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse pour votre commoditĂ©. La salle Ă  manger dispose d'une belle table en bois et de 6 chaises.

L'appareil dispose d'un téléviseur à écran plat 50 "SMART dans le salon, d'un téléviseur à écran plat dans la chambre des maßtres et une chambre d'amis pour votre plaisir.

Great family vacation

Beautiful ocean views. Enjoyed the pool and the beach. Plenty of lawn for kids to run and play. Not far from restaurants or downtown.

Great location, terrible unit

This building is in a great location and has a great set up for families. We have stayed here a few times before. But this particular unit is not well kept. The furnishings are old and dirty. The bedding is cheap and dingy. It was just generally very outdated and not very clean. A major warning. There was barely any hot water. There was enough for only one shower. In a unit that sleeps up to 8 people, this was a real problem. Cold showers were taken every day. When we arrived at 5pm (for a 4pm check in time), the unit had not been cleaned from the last renter. We had to wait for someone to come from across town, and then wait for her to clean it. Very inconvenient and disappointing. I would highly recommend this condo community, but would never stay in this unit again. It was not well taken care of.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've enjoyed Colony Reef Club for our last few visits to St. Augustine. Normally no complaints, but this time the unit next to ours was under construction and there was pounding from 8am past 6pm. If I had known, I wouldn't have booked the condo we did. Also, lots of smokers in this non-smoking facility. We didn't us the balcony much this time, as people were smoking below us and around us. Also, our grill was dirty so we didn't BBQ. Other than that, this is our go to place.

Great beach getaway

Very clean place, comfortable for 9 people, waking up with the beautiful sunrise looking over the balcony is priceless. The only thing is that was the check out cleaning lady was there waiting by door at 9:45 which we were leaving anyway , we just brought a lot of things with us, we ended up leaving 10:14 and we just felt rushed getting out (not a pleasant experience). I will rent the place again if there is another opportunity it’s a great place

Family friendly, beach/pool

Property is a little dated but still great. Family friendly location with direct access to beach and huge pool. Both are very short walk from rooms. Grocery store is 1.5 miles up the road. Would def stay here again. No complaints at all.

Great resort, not great service

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Keurig stopped working and instead of fixing, we were offered a regular coffee maker. Were only given 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, went out and bought ourselves before we knew we had to ask for more. Were only given a couple trash bags and when we asked for more were only given 2 even though we knew we’d need more and had to go back again when we ran out. Not much hot water and would start to run out when the first person was getting a shower. Dishwasher smelt like something was burning when we ran it for the first time and when we reported it, were told it was brand new and no one came to look at it. Overall it was a great location and resort and amenities were perfect. But the maintenance requests and service were handled poorly.

There are great views of the ocean and the pool area especially if one is on the third or fourth floor. The construction of the facility with its three buildings provides everyone a great view. The facility is very clean and well taken care of. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

The location of this property was perfection! Beatiful grounds, pool, and easy walk to the beach with a great view of all from the condo. The condo itself was slightly dated, but we knew that from pictures and our concern was location and view. Great communication with staff as we had to delay our trip due to hurrican Ian.

Absolutely loved staying here! Great location. Perfect for our large family getaway. Loved the security of the locked gates to the premises and to beach access. It had everything we needed. We could have easily stayed a few more days and will definitely choose this condo again!

Unit had a few issues with clothes’ drawers (sticking) in master bedroom. TVs also had issues - need to simplify remote controls, etc. WiFi in unit was good. Bunk beds were nice touch; wish more units had these in Crow’s Nest room. Improved patio furniture would be a nice update.

Our unit could use some help though. Most of the furnishings are fine but original wallpaper is still up and decorations are tacky. A good coat of paint and carpet cleaning would do wonders. A high rise toilet would be nice. Kitchen appliances are good, cosmetics mostly needed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although we stayed at Colony Reef before, we were less than impressed with 2410. The condo was outdated, the fan on the porch extremely rusted as well as the bbq which we refused to use, and the wifi was terrible. I'm not sure I would risk another stay.
