Tucked in a peaceful residential area of southwest Gresham, this home offers a quiet place to unwind while keeping you close to everything. You'll be just minutes from everyday essentials and local dining, and a short walk brings you to the scenic Springwater Corridor Trail — perfect for biking, jogging, or exploring the outdoors. Whether you're here for nature, the city, or a bit of both, you're in the ideal spot to enjoy the Pacific Northwest.

• Downtown Gresham (1 mile): Local shops, restaurants, parks, and a charming seasonal farmers’ market.

• Springwater Trail (3-min walk): Access 21 miles of paved paths through nature, parks, and neighborhoods.

• Downtown Portland (~25 mins): Museums, breweries, food trucks, and vibrant culture await.

• PDX Airport (~20 mins): Easy, quick access for arrivals and departures.

• Columbia Gorge & Multnomah Falls (~25–30 mins): Perfect for day hikes and waterfall views.

You will have access to the entire Property. Keyless entry makes coming and going on your daily outings easy. We will send you a unique 4 digit PIN code that will activate at your check-in time. You'll have access to our interactive digital guidebook, a mounted touchscreen that provides all the information you need for a smooth stay, from house rules to restaurant recommendations.

Bedrooms & Baths: 5 bedrooms across two levels comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. Enjoy 3 king beds, 1 double bed, and a twin-over-twin bunk bed – plenty of room for large families and groups. There are 2 full bathrooms (one is an en-suite) and 1 half-bath, so no one has to wait long to shower or get ready.

• Living Areas: Two inviting living rooms give your group ample space to relax. The main floor features an open-concept living/dining area with a smart TV – great for group movie nights or cozy conversations. Downstairs, a second media room features a huge TV, comfortable seating with a pullout couch bed, a retro Nintendo console loaded with classic games, and a collection of vinyl records for old-school entertainment.

• Game Room: Get ready for hours of fun in the dedicated game room! We’ve converted the garage into an epic entertainment space loaded with an electronic shuffleboard table, foosball, air hockey, and a giant Connect 4. There are extra lounge seating and a big screen TV in the game room too, so everyone can hang out together whether playing or spectating.

• Kids’ Nook: Our favorite hidden gem – a whimsical under-the-stairs Harry Potter-inspired nook where kids (and kids at heart) can play or read in their own secret space. It’s a magical little hideaway that always gets a wow!

• Kitchen & Dining: Love cooking? Our kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and dinnerware so you can easily whip up meals for the whole crew. The adjacent dining area has a large table where everyone can enjoy family-style meals or game night. Bonus: Gresham’s farmer’s market and local grocery stores are nearby if you want to cook with local ingredients.

• Outdoor Space: Step outside to a huge, private backyard bordering a green space. The yard is fully fenced – perfect for letting kids and pups run around safely. On the upper deck, kick back with your morning coffee or fire up the BBQ grill for dinner. Down on the patio, you’ll find the hot tub ready for a relaxing soak under the stars. And whenever you’re up for some exercise or nature, a 3-minute walk leads you to the Springwater Trail for miles of paved paths and parks.

Parking: Free parking is available for 2 cars in our driveway, plus ample free street parking if needed.

• By Car: The house is easily accessible by car via Highway 26 or I-84. Downtown Portland is about a 25-minute drive (~17 miles) and the airport is around 20 minutes (~13 miles) away. It’s an easy drive to many of the area’s popular destinations.

• Public Transit: If you prefer public transportation, the MAX Blue Line light rail connects Gresham to Portland’s city center. The nearest MAX station is a short drive from the house (with Park & Ride parking available). There are also local bus lines in the area.

Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are readily available here. A ride to downtown Portland typically takes ~20 minutes, so getting around without a car is still convenient.

Biking/Walking: Take advantage of the nearby Springwater Corridor Trail for car-free travel to local parks and neighborhoods – you can even bike all the way into Portland along this scenic 21-mile path! We love using the trail for morning jogs and family bike rides.



• No parties or events. This isn’t a party house – we enforce quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am to respect our neighbors.

• No smoking. Absolutely no smoking is allowed anywhere on the property.

• For your safety, we have smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed (along with other standard safety features). We appreciate guests treating our home with care so everyone can enjoy it.

• The fireplaces add charm but aren't functional — thanks for not using them
