This home is tailored with Entertainment, Comfort and Privacy held as its primary focus to enhance and maximize your retreat. With many features including comfortable rooms on 3 floors, Spa, home Gym, high end TVs, Movie Theater, foosball table, and board games, you will always have something to do or have ample space and comfort to tuck yourself away and relax.

Want to get away? The home is located minutes from the famous Candlewood Lake, Danbury park, Thunder Ridge Ski Resort, Jumpz Trampoline park, Thrillz high flying adventure, Escape rooms, Patterson NY and more!

Heating / AC:
Nobody enjoys being too cold or overheated! This home has been meticulously designed with a 7 zone elite Heating and Air conditioning solution. This system maintains even temperatures throughout the home, with low noise and top tier comfort. Wherever you may want to kick back and relax, you can be assured that you will be comfortable!

Sleeping:
Let the dreams begin! The beds are high quality ultra comfortable mattresses with plush memory foam toppers for your heightened relaxation and comfort! The home has 4 bedrooms with 1 King and 2 Queens in the top floor bedrooms, 1 Full bedroom on the lower floor, 1 Queen Murphy Bed on the lower floor, a fold out Queen Sofa on the lower floor in the movie room, and 1 diplomat rollaway bed on the main floor. This home can sleep 11 guests comfortably up to 15 including the full sized sofas.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with a double oven, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, ample plates / bowls / cups / eating utensils, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, baking pots / trays and more!

Exercise:
Enjoy a full sized Marcy home gym system to get ready for that Beach day or get your body energized for a trip to a local mountain for some skiing.

Smart Lighting:
The main and bottom floors are equipped with smart lighting throughout to enhance your stay and set your mood. The rooms include color scenes such as Bright White, Warm White, Relaxing Royal Purple, Glowing candle light scene, Party mode with glowing multicolor blinking / strobing scenes and Movie Mode creating immersive lighting effects to enhance your movie watching experience on the main floor.

Each room that has smart lighting includes a 6 button light switch color coded, or labeled with icons, for the scenes you desire. If you see one of these colorful switches in a room, that room is equipped with smart lighting. Just press the color or scene you desire and the room will transition to that mode.

NOTE: The Movie Mode is powered by Govee Dreamview. This is a light sensor which collects data from the TV in the main floor Living Room to update the smart lights within the room in real time with an immersive 360 representation of the TV content. Use the movie mode to enhance your movie watching experience.

Entertainment:
On the main floor you will find a large 77" high end TV for crisp bright visuals and enhanced by Govee Dreamview for an immersive movie watching experience.

On the lower floor is a theater with a 200" screen and powerful surround sound to experience all of your favorite movies in a theater space during your stay.

The Spa includes a large TV to enjoy fine entertainment while relaxing in the hot tub. The Spa is located on the lower floor and can be accessed through the garage. This space is within the house, and has large French doors which open to the outside. This is a perfectly designed space to give you the privacy you desire while allowing you to enjoy nature. No more dirt being tracked into the hot tub or feeling like a critter will come say hi while you're trying to relax. The Spa is also equipped with smart lighting to enhance your relaxation.

The TVs are equipped with chromecast devices. streaming services, and DVD / Blu-ray players so you have ample entertainment options!

On the main floor you will find a foosball table. Have fun showing your foosball prowess!

On the main floor in the living room coffee table you will find board games and other games to enjoy with friends or family.

WIFI:
The home is equipped with a perfectly design WIFI Mesh Network system allowing for strong high speed internet connectivity across all 3 floors. This mesh network allows for seamless roaming so you don't need to worry about losing connection while moving around the home.

Safety:
We take your safety very seriously. In the main kitchen under the sink you will find a fire extinguisher as well as in the kitchenette on the lower floor. Above the ovens is a first-aid kit. All floors are equipped with advanced smart smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

HotTub Use: Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. By booking this property, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to use the hot tub and accept full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur. Children must be supervised at all times.
