This work-from-home-friendly 3BR/2.5BA lake house offers direct access to Candlewood Lake, with breathtaking views from every front-facing room, as well as from the spacious deck and porch.
KITCHEN
â A fully equipped kitchen comes with all essentialsâcoffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, and plenty of utensils.

â King-sized bed with soaking tub, balcony, and full bathroom (sleeps 2)

â Queen-sized bed with closet.
BEDROOM 3
â Two single bunk beds, sleeping a total of 4, and a closet.

With about 2,600 sqâŻft of living space, it includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and sits on a well-maintained 0.28-acre lot. Originally built in 1978, we've carefully maintained and upgraded it over the years, adding storm-resilient features like a rebuilt stairway to the lake, a restored gazebo, and updated lighting that meets lake authority standards. The combination of lakefront living, solid construction, and a serene setting makes this home truly special, especially in a neighborhood where many properties donât have direct water access.
