Step outside and enjoy the Sunshine State to its fullest. The property features a large heated pool covered by a lanai, sun loungers, and plenty of shaded lounge space. The pool is heated every day from 7am to 10am & 5pm to 8pm to 80 degrees for the duration of your stay. For an additional fee we can heat the pool up even more using the electric heater. ✹ BEACH GEAR: Don’t worry about over packing - we provide essential beach gear including beach chairs, towels, a beach wagon, a cooler, and an umbrella.

Other things to note
✹ Easy self-check-in is available via our keyless entry lock - a personalized email will be sent to you prior to check-in. Please make sure you are downloading the August application prior to arriving. You will need to create an account to allow you access to unlock the door. Additional access will be given separately to guests in your party, we will need phone numbers to invite them. August devices are compatible with newer phone models running iOS 14 or greater*. In addition, August devices are compatible with most Android phones equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 and running Android 8* or higher.

✹ Pool is heated to 80 degrees Fahrenheit on a schedule everyday from 7am to 10am and from 5pm to 8pm. There is no thermostat on property to adjust the pool temperature.

✹Pool is cleaned and maintained weekly on Wednesday or Thursday morning, depending on our vendors availability.

✹Garbage pickup is on Tuesday and Friday early morning, only the GREEN garbage can is used for your stay.
