Il fait partie de la collection Zilli, chacune avec la touche Zilli offrant une vue et un décor exceptionnels (meubles en osier pas typiques, artefacts idylliques sur la plage, sol de 40 ans, etc.) Nous appelons cela le littoral haut de gamme, les propriétés Zilli offrent davantage une sensation de villégiature et d'hôtel 5 étoiles. Nous possédons une élégante maison haut de gamme à côté # 247170 et un penthouse au 5ème étage # 3510391


Profitez de la beauté des eaux du golfe du Mexique depuis le coin du premier étage qui mène à la plage. Ce condo plus grand a deux lits queen dans la chambre avec un dressing spacieux.

Zilli Tower 101 a une cuisine complète si vous choisissez de cuisiner pour vous-même ou la famille. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen size pour cet invité supplémentaire qui veut déposer et vous rejoindre sur la plage. The beach access is so easy and convenient. The shared sunset viewing space is wonderful. We enjoyed sunsets every night! Each morning we were greeted by dolphins swimming playfully just yards from the shoreline. This unit is a great value for all that it has to offer. This is definitely a place I would like to return to again.

Love this property for beach front and location. Jim Zilli was extremely attentive to all of our needs which was very few because you have everything you need when you stay at a Zilli property.

Tina has rented before and she's absolutely right there was a stoppage behind the wall which the association has to take care of not myself and as soon as you brought it to our attention after she left remedied it at a cost of $5000 not exaggerating as far as her comment regarding the bedding, all of the beds have firm mattresses but also they have puffers as a such an individual taste and here is the client that came in following her and also a long-term client. With her comments as far as bedding comfort We have had a great start to our stay! I don’t know if you replaced the mattresses since our last stay but we all noticed we are getting excellent sleep here!

Marcy was great -it was a very short review, but she said she had vacationed here for 20 years and this is by far Longboat Key the best product she's ever seen would've given me at 10 if she could. she's talking to me now about renting the beach house which is right next door to that tower where I have four properties
