We apologize only two of the TVs were restored and that several outlets did not work — we will have maintenance inspect all electrical outlets and connections. I'm sorry the refrigerator had broken shelves and was leaking; we will share your notes with the owner so repair or replacement can be arranged. We will also notify the building about the indoor pool chemical levels so the association can evaluate and adjust treatment. We're glad the property and view were perfect for your stay, and that the dishware and foot-washing station worked well with strong water pressure. We appreciate the notes about the entertainment setup — currently the master bedroom and living room have streaming/Direct TV access and one bedroom has a Blu-ray only. We’ll review options to improve streaming access and will update the listing so future guests know what to expect. Thank you also for flagging the heavy patio doors; we’ll have maintenance check them and will add a safety note in the house manual to advise supervision for young children. Thanks for the heads-up about turtle-nesting lighting enforcement.
