This upscale property offers an exclusive private getaway experience featuring a modern and clean design. We are strategically located 27 miles from Hartsfield Airport and 31 miles from the Mercedes-Benz Dome, with top-tier restaurants in close proximity.

The space
Experience our impressive open kitchen, perfect for baking and cooking. The property boasts four bedrooms, each equipped with televisions, and three bathrooms—two full bathrooms upstairs and one half-bath downstairs. The spacious redesigned garage area includes a pool table and a foosball table for your entertainment. The home can easily accommodate up to nine adults or four couples. The private outdoor backyard is ideal for enjoying the outdoor environment, and we strictly require all guests to respect our neighbors and adhere to quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Our property is specifically designed for business executives, filmmakers, movie stars, medical professionals, and anyone attending special events in Atlanta who demands an intimate setting with easy access to amenities and utmost privacy.

Local families needing temporary housing during home renovations are encouraged to consider our property, which includes all necessary amenities.

We expect guests to treat this home with the same care and respect as their own. No unregistered guests are permitted. Local residents must contact us prior to booking to confirm eligibility.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire house, with the exception of the attic and two linen closets.
Other things to note
- A security deposit will be required; damages incurred will result in charges.
-No pets are allowed.
- Strictly no smoking, vaping, drugs, candle burning, or fireworks allowed on the premises.
- No events will be tolerated without the prior consent of the host. Inquire about special pricing directly with us.
- No video or photo sessions can take place without host approval.
- Unregistered guests are not allowed under any circumstances.

Checkout Instructions:
- **Checkout time is 10:00 AM EST.**
- Please leave all used towels and washcloths on the floor in each bathroom.
- Don’t forget to turn off all the lights before you head out.
- It would be great if you could open all the curtains in each room to let in some sunlight!
- If you have any dirty dishes, please load them into the dishwasher and give it a start. Just remember to use the dishwasher pod provided.
- Kindly gather all your trash, tie it up in a bag, and place it in the labeled garbage container on the side of the house.

- Lastly, double-check that all doors are closed and securely locked.

**To Lock:**
- From the outside, just press the keypad logo.
- From the inside, simply turn the thumb lock.

Also, please remember to unplug or turn off any appliances (like the oven, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) before you go.
