40% of events held at this luxury villa are family reunions, and people love to cook up a storm. So, we make sure to have all the cooking basics you need to make a meal!

Just bring your own food, and we’ll provide the rest:

— “Dream Kitchen” to cook in and entertain and bring everyone together.

— Regular oven.

— Comes completely stocked with basic cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, vine glasses, cups and more.

— Plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family.

— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps 16 people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).

— Coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh coffee or tea on the terrace (a family favorite).

— Full sized dishwasher, including dishwasher pods

— Includes a roll of paper towels, sponge and various other kitchen utensils.

We’re actually surprisingly close to everything! We are easily accessible by Uber (takes about 15 minutes for an Uber to show up). RK plaza less them 1 mile away

Almost everything is within a short drive from property.

A few minutes to local dining, groceries, and retail (Grocery Store, Liquor Store).

This Villa is in a nice area close to the Famous Hard Rock Hotel and also to Fort Lauderdale Airport. The Villa is great for Families, Big groups, business trips or Vacations.

Upon your arrival, a unique code will be provided, granting you easy access to the house. We strive to accommodate your schedule, ensuring a stress-free check-in experience whenever possible.

When you arrive make sure to let us know that you are inside the house, and everything is great.



*Please do not bring more people to the house than stated in the reservation.



Please only park no more then 4 cars.



For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:



- Bedding and towels

- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent. (no laundry detergent)



Please be considerate to neighbors and lower noise under 75 decibels after 9PM



If any city authorities come by the property, please immediately call us. You will be asked to vacate a property If the police are called for breaking the rules.





* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours.



If you are staying with us on the days of garbage removal, please roll the garbage container at the front as provided on the instruction. Thank you!



We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $100 until 12 PM or $130 until 2 PM checkout. Let us know by 10PM day prior to departure.



Dear guest, please make sure you are responsible for all parcels you ordering before during and after your stay (in case any shipping delay), host is not responsible for storage or shipment.
