The house was a great value. We loved the 5 bedrooms and they were good sized with king beds and closets in all. The 3 bathrooms were also great for our group of 8. The pool was amazing and larger than it appeared in the pictures. The house is in an excellent location, close to stores and a short drive to the beach. Only negatives were it only had bare minimum items in the kitchen (dishes only and we had to wash forks for every meal) and the washer and dryer were small apartment sized. Overall we were very happy and would stay again!

My experience was an amazing one we extended by one day,wish it was more . It was exactly what they showed . The shower wasn’t hot and weak shower pressure,but the sink would get hot . 10/10 recommended.

Nice big pool , and nice big rooms. One little problem, the water in one of the showers wasn’t warm enough and one showerhead wasn’t working. For the rest was everything fine.

Great Place for a Family Vacation

The property is in a great location and can be a decent budget option. However, the photos present it more favorably than it appears in person. The home is dated and needs maintenance and more attention to cleanliness.Several sheets, pillowcases, and beach towels had stains or makeup marks. One towel appeared to have mold spots and brown stains. There was hair under a bathroom sink, and a folded bedroom blanket was covered in pet hair. We also encountered two roach-like bugs, one appearing to be a German cockroach and the other a palmetto bug.The showers had very low water pressure and did not get hot, despite this being mentioned in previous reviews. One bathroom door was off its track and would not fully close. The back of the house also needs pressure washing.There were concerning electrical issues. Outlets in one bedroom did not work, and a bathroom outlet only worked when the light was on. Most concerning was exposed wiring coming from a living room outlet, which could be a safety hazard.The home is very basic, with no coffee maker or toaster oven. The glass front door and uncovered kitchen sliding door also offer limited privacy.Overall, it may work for an inexpensive, no-frills stay in a great location, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and electrical issues need attention.Some photos are attached for reference.

Each bedroom was large and close to stores. 1 mike to beach with no commercial properties and little traffic between you and the beach.

Everything we needed

We wanted a house with 4 beds and a pool, close to the beaches and this one delivered wonderfully. It's tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet 2 quick turns and youre on the causeway to Dania Beach and all the restaurants. The pool is huge and was cleaned twice during our stay, The house was clean and well maintained, all in all it was a great week

Big, Comfortable Home

Water heater replacement left by the front door for entire stay. Cleaning team suggested water heater problem just prior to our arrival. Never experienced any issues with hot water during our stay. Some bugs, but very cool temperatures may have added to that issue.All in all pleased with this property.
