Nestled on Scenic Bay at Lake Pend Oreille, this extraordinary property accommodates up to 14 guests, boasting 2 bedrooms, a loft sleeping area, and 2 full bathrooms—ideal for multi-family trips or corporate retreats.

Conveniently located just 5 minutes from Farragut State Park and 15 minutes from Silverwood Theme Park, this unique setting offers a peaceful escape. A one-mile no-wake zone from the nearby boat launch ensures a tranquil environment for swimming, lounging on the deck, reading, playing games, or enjoying a meal from the grill under the covered gazebo.

For the adventurous, the area provides ample opportunities for boating, fishing, water skiing, hiking, and picnicking, with the chance to unwind in the hot tub beneath the stars at day’s end. The entire home is fully accessible, featuring a step-free entry ramp and wheelchair-friendly access to both the front entrance and back deck. Two bedrooms and a full bath with grab bars are located on the main level, accommodating up to eight guests, while the loft sleeps an additional six with its own convenient full bath. Additional amenities include a large washer and dryer, dishwasher, trash compactor, and full-size refrigerator with ice maker.

General House Rules
Maximum Occupancy
Only the number of registered guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and marina guests.
No Smoking
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the float home. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
No Parties or Events
Parties, large gatherings, or events are not allowed without prior written approval.
Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and preventing excessive noise.
Shoes & Water Safety
Decks and docks can become slippery. Please use caution and supervise children at all times.
Cleanliness
Please leave the home in good condition:
Wash dishes or start dishwasher before departure

No Diving or Swimming from Docks

Life jackets are strongly recommended for children and non-swimmers.
Boat Slip Use
Only approved boats may use the designated slip area. Unauthorized mooring is prohibited.
No Running on Docks
Docks may be wet and slippery. Please walk carefully.
Fishing & Watercraft
Fishing cleaning is not allowed on docks or decks. Kayaks, paddleboards, and watercraft must not block marina access.
Parking
Please park only in designated marina parking areas. Do not block fire lanes or marina access roads.
Fire Safety
No open flames, fireworks, or charcoal grills are permitted on docks.
Respect Marina Community
Bayview is a quiet waterfront community. Please be courteous to neighboring float homes and marina guests.
