The space
There are 3 units in this property and this unit was recently extensively renovated. This is a completely separate unit from the main house with a separate entrance.
Guest access
Guests will access this unit through the door on the east side. There is an access code required for entry. The access code will be provided prior to your arrival.

Check-In:
Check-in time is at 3 pm on your date of arrival. If you have any special requests regarding your arrival or departure times, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Door Access:
Use the door on the far right (east) side below the deck. Door code will be provided prior to your arrival day. Whenever you arrive, you can let yourselves in and make yourselves at home.

Property Information: Inside this welcome packet, you'll find important information about the property, including Wi-Fi details, emergency contacts, and any specific instructions for appliances or amenities. Please take a moment to review this information to ensure a smooth stay.

House Rules
1. Cookware: Please feel free to use our appliances as needed.

2. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly.

3. No Pets: We love animals, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in our home.

4. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.

5. No Parties or Events: Our home is located in a residential area, and we ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events during your stay.

6. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is four. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.

7. Damages and Breakages: Accidents happen, but please let us know if anything is damaged or broken during your stay so that we can address it promptly.

8. Parking: If you have a vehicle, please park in the parking area and avoid blocking the driveway.

9. Wifi.
Username & password will be provided to guests prior to arrival.

10. Respect for Property: Please treat our home with care and respect. We've worked hard to create a comfortable environment for our guests, and we hope you'll treat it as if it were your own.

11. Check-Out Instructions: Check-out time is at 11 am. This will ensure that we have time to properly clean the house in preparation for the other guests checking in. Before you leave, please ensure that all garbage is disposed of properly in the outside garbage container by the garage. Please message us when you check out.
