Ce meublĂ© une chambre, une salle de bain appartement est situĂ© dans le milieu du centre-ville de Decorah. Le Nest offre un accĂšs facile Ă  toutes les merveilleuses boutiques et restaurants du centre-ville de Decorah et il ya beaucoup de parcs locaux accessibles Ă  pied ou en vĂ©lo. La zone de la famille ouest est une grande piĂšce ouverte avec de belles hauteurs de plafonds et une vue magnifique sur le palais de justice du comtĂ©. Le nid a Ă©tĂ© refaite avec le sentiment intime de Magpie CafĂ© Ă  l'esprit. Les planchers sont les planchers de sapin d'origine de plus de 100 ans, la brique apparente et un canapĂ© confortable. La cuisine de dĂźner-in, il est facile de prĂ©parer le dĂźner et pour se divertir pendant votre visite. La chambre a un grand lit confortable et grand placard Ă©clairĂ©. En plus de la chambre, il y a deux lits jumeaux disponibles style loft construit dans la piĂšce principale et un lit pliant sur le pouf. La grande salle de bains dispose d'une douche fabuleuse avec votre choix de deux tĂȘtes de douche merveilleux. Il ya une vĂ©randa arriĂšre, parfait pour se dĂ©tendre avec des amis ou lire un livre. Une laveuse et sĂ©cheuse pleine grandeur est fournie pour vos besoins de lessive.

Great little downtown apartment. Good location for walking around downtown. A little tricky to find the parking, but a good parking spot, fit my large SUV well. The apartment was a little dirty, AC/heat vents looked moldy, windows and mirrors dirty, shower curtain and soap/shampoo dispensers haven't been cleaned in awhile. Back porch smelled like pets and cigarette smoke. These are just little things, not worth a call to get corrected and interrupt a short weekend stay.

The Nest had everything i needed and had everything and the kitchen sink. It was perfectly located just off the main street so it was very quiet but you are within a 5 minute walk to literally everything. I would absolutely stay here next time i need to stay in Decorah for more than a day or two.

The nest is owned by the Ritner family. Rod and his daughter Kelsey renovated it in 2010. There are a lot of really interesting aspects to the nest. The Ritner's believe in recycling and reusing as much as possible. The front door and the two closet doors in the bedroom were recycled from Eastside school demolition. The school door numbers are still on the door. The counter in the kitchen was recycled form the decorah bowling alley floor.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property is very unique in the recycle reuse. It has a new feel along with the incorporation of old items. New appliances, plenty of room for guests and even a old fashioned bath tub in the living room. And a great view of the court house from the bay window. We've been told by many guests it's their favorite place to stay in Decorah.
