Préparez un repas à la maison dans la cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, une barre de petit-déjeuner, un coin cuisine pour 4 personnes et des vues sur la piscine. Great addition to disney vacation.

Great having somewhere to hang out, and spend time with activities for kids on days we weren't going to parks. All right there. Not sure it was worth to pay for heated pool and hot tub but otherwise no complaints. Would stay here every time we visit.

Wonderful Vacation

This was a great property. The house was impeccably decorated in Disney and Star Wars themes. The theater and game room was a very nice bonus for the family. The pool was also very nice. We did have an issue with getting the heat turned on in the pool, but they did fix this within 2 days of being asked. I would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing Thanksgiving getaway

No complaints! Large home with plenty of room for 3 families. We cooked meals daily, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was too cold for adults to get into, but the children still swam in it. We also took them to the clubhouse which had a heated pool and a hot tub. This is a great community to take walks in. We loved going to the neighborhood park also.

Lacking Amenities

The rooms were nice, however outside of the arcade, the amenities were below average. The gaming systems didn’t work. We were unable to use the pool and hot tub until the last day despite informing them prior to arrival we wanted it warmed and ready for use. Called management on multiple occasions for the pool to be properly cleaned and maintenanced and to use the gaming/theater systems. Was only refunded half of the cost to use to pool/ spa. Shower water also doesn’t get hot. Overall experience was lacking the online listing.

Great House - Rough Backyard - Presidents Day Week Stay

We just got back from a week at this property. There was some really good & really bad, which leaves us at an average review. Here's our honest review so you have all the info! Good: -House is REALLY pretty, well themed rooms, very spacious. Custom bunk beds the kids loved! -Nicely stocked kitchen for cooking -Close to WDW, 15 mins from MK -VERY cool main pool w/ a splash pad Bad: -4 screen panels were missing off the patio when we arrived, letting in lots of bugs and critters. This was fixed almost the last day so it should be fixed for YOU, but for us it was a bummer not to use the patio much -Gas for the grill isnt included and it was empty when we arrived. Maybe not a big deal for you, but make time to refill the tanks bc Management told us it's our responsibility. -Our private pool was a hot mess. When we arrived it was cloudy and murky. When we complained to Management we were told ppl were sent out to fix it. This went on for four days. When we complained again on day 4 they said "We're not saying you're lying but our pool guy has sent us photos and the pool looks clear" Sir. Please come see this pool. It was murky, sandy and had lots of debris. It was an ongoing issue the entire stay. Looks like the pool needs shock, a backwash and a new filter bc tiny cracks must be letting in all the sand. We were offered a 10% discount on another stay to compensate for the issues we had. Meh. If your main focus is WDW the house is great. The private amenities? Not so great.

I’d give the house a 3 out of 5 stars.

Pool area had a lot of leaves due to screen tears. Squirrels came in nightly. Found psyche pills and debris under upstairs beds. But management was quick to respond to issues. Otherwise it was a good place to stay. Enjoyed the video/theater room. Home was close to Walmart & other stores.

Love the game room

This place was great when we wasn't at the parks. Come home to a relaxing but fun home. One of the videos game system wouldn't turn on but no big deal. Would definitely stay here again. Anything you need food ,walmart was right down the road and close to Disney.

Feb. 2021 stay

The house was nice and check in process was easy. We paid extra for the heated pool option and pool did not heat up to 80 degrees, or as well as expected. Lanai screen was broken and no one was able to come fix it so more leaves and bugs were in the pool area than compared to normal. Make sure to bring beach towels, paper towel, dish soap, foil pans to cook in oven, tide, etc. & as a tip, you have to hit the button to go in and out of the back door every time or else an alarm will sound.

Excellent, Family Had A Blast!

Beautiful Home. My Wife And Children Enjoyed Themselves. My Sister Also Loved It. There was more than enough room for everyone, the pool was great and relaxing. The game room was fun. The House was close to everything we wanted and/or needed. Very Clean And Well Kept. I Will DEFINITELY Be Going Back.

Great Stay

We had a great stay! The house was perfect, exactly as the pictures. We did not love the main pool area, but really did not need it as we did the theme parks and enjoyed our own pool and spa very much! Would definitely stay again!
