-No SMOKING inside the apartment. If there is a sign of smoking after check out your credit card will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.

-This is a family building and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
In case of any party, your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund and you will be asked to leave the premises by local authorities.

-Absolutely no visitors. The only people allowed to be in the building are the people listed on the reservation.

- Be sure to check out by 10 AM to avoid a $75 PER HOUR late check out fee (unless you`ve paid a fee to check out later).

- LEAVE THE PLACE CLEAN. Make sure to clean after yourself. If the place is found excessively dirty you will charge an additional $150 cleaning fee to your credit card. Please wash and return all dishes, utensils, cups and mugs after use

- Pillows, linens, towels provided. GUESTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO BRING EXTRA TOWELS SO THEY HAVE FRESH ONES THROUGHOUT THE STAY.

If any of these rules are broken your reservation will be terminated early without a refund and additional fees may be charged to your credit card.
