Very clean, comfortable and spacious! Beautiful views and the owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Our family has been renting condos for years and this was everyone’s favorite!

Beautiful, spacious, clean room and gorgeous view just as advertised! The room was perfect for our family of 12 for our mini fall break get away. The beds were comfortable. The showers were hot. The condo grounds were nice and clean. The indoor heated pool came in handy since a cold front kept us inside most of the day. All the staff we met were very friendly.

This place was absolutely amazing. Our family loved the beautiful beach, and the pool area. My kids went down the slide about a million times. Beautiful condo! Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time staying at this condo with my in-laws. The rooms were spacious and it was great for my kids to share a room but still have individual beds. We enjoyed the quick walk down to the beach and having such a fun pool space. The building is well thought out with the separate space for storing all the sandy things in the owner closet. We will definitely look to book here again!

Everything was exactly as pictured and everything we expected! Very clean and they supplied the basics such as laundry and dish pods, soap, etc. We had no problems and would definitely stay here again!

Disappointing that we were out of toilet paper the first day. We have stayed at many other properties, that supply many of the basic supplies (toilet paper included). Also disappointing that we had to rent a pack and play separate since one wasn’t included, even though it stated children are welcome. Some basic things like that, as well as beach chairs, beach towels, etc. would be excellent to offer your renters. Loved the property’s location and view!

Thank you for your 5 star review. As outlined in our rental agreement and the detailed check in information we provide a starter supply of disposable items. "Linens and bath towels are included in the unit. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units, and towels are not provided at the pools. A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, Dishwasher detergent, dish washing liquid, clothes detergent will be provided. Since there is only a starter supply I suggest you bring an adequate supply for the length of your stay." Also, both our unit and the facility welcome families including children. We do not provide pack N Plays due to hygiene and potential liability. Because of that there are several "Baby Supply" companies in the area that deliver needed supply for guest the day of check in and pick up the day the guest checks out. This is standard for most all condo's in this area. Also, as mentioned beach chairs and umbrella's are available for rent from the beach service.

The view was absolutely amazing from sunrise to sunset! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in was easy. The beach was beautiful and the water park/ splash area was fun as well. We stayed 4th of July weekend and the fireworks show from our balcony was stunning! We loved everything, thanks for sharing your space with us. If it’s the Lord’s will I’ll be returning in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The check in process was easy (only downside was limited parking spaces but we were lucky to be able to buy an additional spot when we got there since it wasn’t a busy part of the season). The WiFi was spotty but that didn’t bother us much since we were at the beach/out to eat most of the time. The rooms were very spacious and it didn’t feel like having to “fight” with the others we were staying with since two of the rooms were basically the same size/same beds. One of the rooms we were staying in had a cracker under the bed and some hair in the floor that the cleaning crew should have taken care of prior to our arrival. Other than that, it was a great stay and it’s a great condo. We definitely will look at coming back and staying here!

The room was great and very large. The view was outstanding. Everything was clean and beautiful. If I had one complaint it would be the parking. We had a 3 bedroom with 6 adults and they would only allow 2 parking passes. One had to park offsite. They stated they were at max capacity but there were numerous parking spaces available every time we parked. When you pay that much for a unit and can't park there it is aggravating.

Property was sparkling clean, bright, and just as described. It is very spacious and comfortable for 5 adults and 5 kids. Location in tower is high and center so you have great views of the Gulf and pool area. Grandkids loved the pool and slide(adults, too) and the ease of going from beach to pool back to beach without all the hassle of toting across a street, etc. The shopping carts made ease of transporting luggage and groceries. However, we discovered Walmart and Ricco's pizza delivers right to the condo door! Great location also for walking to ice cream and a couple of restaurants. Had a little issue with the oven maintaining temperature, but that was minor. Ice maker in the unit along with the washer and dryer were convenient. Overall a great stay!

10 out 10!!! This place was IMMACULATE! The view was soooo breathtaking due to how high up we were. We felt like we were on a cruise. There was such musch space, we didnt even use it all. The facility was amazing as well. And access to everything within a 5 minute drive. Definitely a perfect beach vacation.

We had the best trip. The condo was absolutely stunning great views. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. The only thing I would say is need some extra towels in each bathroom and maybe a few more pots and pans. We did leave a few board games I hope they keep them there for future families. We loved the owners closet made the beach stuff a lot easier to deal with and not let the condo get all sandy. We will definitely be back to this condo.

The condo itself was nice, but the experience felt unprofessional for the price we paid. There were three bathrooms, yet only one roll of toilet paper was provided in each bathroom with no extra supplies available. For a rental that is not cheap, basic necessities like extra toilet paper should be included. Small details like this make a big difference in guests’ overall experience.
