Cette suite de deux chambres est attachée à une plus grande maison. Une entrée sans clé depuis le patio. La premiÚre chambre a un lit king, télévision par cùble et coin salon. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen, un grand placard, un mini-frigo et Keurig.
Situé à deux miles de l'océan Atlantique et un mile de la baie de Cape Cod. Profitez d'une courte promenade à un étang isolé bouilloire.

This property was perfect for my husband and I and our adult son. Very comfortable beds. Cute bathroom. Nice patio. Peaceful side street walkable to town, Cumbies and the packey. Impeccably cleaned. The hosts were thoughtful, communicative and helpful. I would stay again if we were only visiting for a few days. Would be awesome to have a microwave but the mini fridge was helpful for drinks.

Perfect for a short stay and a lovely place to rest your head.

Everything was so nicely thought out, much attention to detail. The owners could not have been kinder, the place could not have been cleaner, perfect for a few day stay. Not a place to eat and cook in, but more of a place to sleep, catch one’s breath, have a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a nice glass of wine at night. Surrounded by great restaurants. It could not have been more perfect for me! Thank you.

A perfect Welfleet getaway

The accommodations were lovely and charming. Bed was very comfortable. Nice little touches. A sweet little garden patio with lovely flowers. Would definitely stay there again!The owners were wonderful, very responsive to outreach and kept a low profile while we were there. It was a perfect anniversary getaway for my husband and I! Location was outstanding and property is located in a private community very close to our favorite beaches. Highly recommend!

Oyster Festival

THe property was very comfortable and convenient to the Wellfleet Oyster Festival. The space was warm and welcoming. Neighborhood is great for walking. Very nice for a weekend getaway.

Wonderful weekend

Very nice and comfortable accommodations, convenient to many of the things we enjoy in Wellfleet (biking the rail trail, strolling through downtown, grabbing dinner and ice cream at Mac's on the Pier). The Keurig was great to have for coffee and tea on a chilly morning. We had a great time!

Very clean, very comfortable, high quality bedding and towels

We spent two quick nights at Joan and Tom’s place, but wish it could’ve been more. Joan is quick to answer texts and emails, and has all the information one needs. The location is excellent, and easy to find. Accommodations are lovely: very clean, with quality mattresses and bedding. Private patio is a little bonus, nice to sit outside after a day at the beach, surrounded by gorgeous flowers.

A lovely, private and relaxing spot!

The rooms were immaculately clean and nicely furnished with neutral tones that lent themselves to the relaxation we craved after a wonderful but busy family event. The private patio was our favorite and we lingered over our morning coffee there. Highly recommended!

Beautiful & Exactly What We Needed

This property is spotless, comfortable, and decorated perfectly for a relaxing stay with positive energy. It is located in the most convenient location, off the main road for privacy, but an easy ride to everywhere of interest and the best dining on the cape. The hosts are accommodating, friendly, helpful, and unobtrusive. Great people! We can't wait to visit again.

Beautiful property that is well maintained and ideally located in Wellfleet. Close enough to Provincetown to the north and Orleans/Chatham to the south. Nice and cozy

We stayed for six weeks here and had a great time. Joan was super helpful and attentive to our needs and also gave us great suggestions for restaurants and places to go. The location is perfect, just an 8-minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Wellfleet and ponds. There is no kitchen and the fridge is small but we made it work!

Quiet location in Wellfleet

Lovely place for small family to stay within a few minutes of Wellfleet Center. Joan provided many tips on the beaches and restaurants which was helpful. We had access to beach chairs and umbrellas -very convenient.

Wonderful Getaway

This place was absolutely amazing! My girlfriend and I chose this listing after looking for a couple of weeks. Everything mentioned was 110% accurate, the place was super clean, cozy, decorated in traditional cape style! We absolutely loved the patio when enjoying our local food! Great location and super clean!

Joan’s place was the perfect home base. Super close to downtown Wellfleet and a short drive to Ptown and National Seashore beaches. The place was sparkling clean and the beds were very comfortable. If you plan to spend the day at the beach and eat dinner out it’s perfect. Joan was helpful but mostly her and her family kept to themselves to offer privacy.

Wonderful stay

Joan (host) was so friendly and helpful and kind, and so attentive with communication. Really appreciate the offer to check in a little early and out a little late if needed! Also, so accommodating when we asked to borrow coolers! Life saver! Our rooms were clean and well accommodated and comfortable and perfect for our group. Especially loved the private patio. Highly recommend!
