This corner unit, direct oceanfront, condo is located in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, known as Shore Drive. The complex is directly on the ocean. You will enjoy being within walking distance to multiple restaurants. Just a short drive away, you will find several attractions and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer.

The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Entry: **NO ELEVATOR - 2nd floor condo with stairs**. Self check-in with keypad.



Parking: 1 parking pass provided. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Kitchen: Newly updated floors/appliances/cabinets! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Family room: Sleeper sofa. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors.



Bedroom 1: Queen bed.



Bathroom 1: Attached.



Bedroom 2: Two twin beds.



Bathroom 2: Full bathroom.



Pool: There is a complex pool.



Other: Beach cooler, chairs and toys provided.



Laundry: On-site shared laundry available.



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. We only provide bath towels (no beach towels) and washcloths. We also do not provide extra towels throughout your stay, but guests are welcome to use the laundry facility available on site.



Supplies: Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided, but the guest will be responsible for anything not provided or any resupply needed during stay.



Guest Access:

1 parking spot. Guests will have the entire unit for themselves along with the shared complex pool.

The perfect central location! The unit is centrally located on the popular Shore Drive.

Getting Around:

Guests will have 1 (ONE) parking pass and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.



Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Monday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
