This place was so much fun to stay in! It was so reasonably priced and it was so clean and the access to all the facilities was fantastic. It was a really short walk to the beach which is great with two small children and the host was so responsive even though we didn't really need them for anything cuz everything was confined with all. Instead it was a fantastic stay. Thank you!!

This stay was perfect for our family. Balcony directly overlooked pool providing peace of mine when the teens wanted to go to the pool themselves. Walk to the beach was not bad at all!! Overall 10/10 stay! Also if you ever have the chance to go to Harry’s for karaoke, do it! Friendly staff and friendly pours

The place was mostly great. I would suggest more towel bars, maybe hooks on back of bathroom doors and near entrance, to hang coats we wish we hadn’t needed

The location is perfect for everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The beach is only 1 block from the condo with 2 very nice size pools, with restaurants and shopping nearby. Our host John, was excellent. I would highly recommend.

We love it there this is our second time coming back just a different building a unit. But it was just as nice as the first one. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Love the pools the restaurant staff was excellent.

Beautiful condo in a great location

John's condo is in a great location, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, living room furniture superb and the kitchen was a joy to prepare meals in. We look forward to staying and John's condo next year when we come back to Myrtle Beach. John has been very attentive, and we would highly recommend staying at his condo.

This was an excellent experience and just perfect for our family.

This was a great find! The condo is beautifully decorated and has just about all the necessary items to feel at home. The host John was absolutely great and was able to accommodate our last minute booking and was very informative with all the details we needed to know. We would stay again!

A great house and an awesome host. Clean with everything you would need. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book with John again. We ended up staying another night and john when above and beyond to get us in and for it to go smoothly.

Nice location in Myrtle Beach Arcadian Shores

Overall a nice property. Great value for property size and location. As clean as any property we have seen recently. Quiet area with uncrowded (pre-summer) Beach about a 5 minute walk. 3rd floor could be an issue for some but only really taxing 1st and last day. If we come back to Myrtle Beach would definitely stay here again.

Great Find

I am conflicted in doing this review because if i tell everyone how great this was property was, then it may be harder to book in the future. Perfect location, all the amenities you need in condo. Not an issue for us but may be an issue for others is the 3 flights of stairs (60 steps) to the 3rd floor condo. In February, the onsite pool is not heated but will be from mid march on. Five minute walk to be on the Grand Strand 60 mile beach. On-site bar has excellent food / pool tables and nightly activities. Overall 10 out of 10 in our opinion.
