Bahia de Matagorda is a private HOA Community that offers many additional amenities. There is a pool for ONLY Guests and owners. Guests are allowed use of the pool. Guests may not invite off premise guests to swim. Pool is exclusive to our guests and owners only. You must bring Pool Tag to present to management at the pool upon request. No Pets allowed at the pool and NO GLASS. A shower is available to rinse off beach sand. Please do not carry any sand into the pool this includes clothing, shoes, and beach toys. Use the shower to rinse!! Lagoon is catch and release only. No Cast Nets allowed. No swimming in the Lagoon.
Please be aware there are owners that live here full time. Please be respectful. No Parties, large gatherings or Events are allowed. Drive slowly on Bahia de Matagorda Roads, watch for children. Absolutely No Open Flames (tikis, candles) or grilling on Condo Decks.
