Atmospheric renovated apartment right by the beach of the Mar Menor lagoon, with the preserved style of the building from the late 70s. Spacious and at the same time intimate, combining classic elements with modern equipment and the colors of the region - red earth, blue sea and yellow sun.

Two bedrooms, separate living room, kitchen, bathroom and a large hallway. New beds and kitchen appliances - oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge. Coffee on the terrace will make every morning more very special.
