Nice room. Overall good place to stay and had decent views from the balcony. Nice to be close to so many restaurants and shopping. Please note that the floor lamp next to the sofa has a broken switch so was not able to use it. One of the under bed drawers does not have a handle. The makeup mirror in the bathroom was broken and hard to use. The dining table had one side of the drop leaf that was broken and not even to sit at. Also…it would have been nice to have a smart tv in room. We travel often and always have smart tvs to stream our own shows. Also the current tv is tiny for the space. Thank you!

100% loved it!
We have stayed here before and our stay is always great. However, when booking this trip we made a comment on the booking for a room near the back in a more quiet side. When we arrived at our room we found that our room was the room directly above Cafe Rio on the main road where it is the most busy. We requested the more quiet side because our child is autistic and has sensitivity to loud sounds like constant cars, honking and people shouting. So this lead to our child not wanting to go on the balcony or in the hot tub because of all the noise. Then, our other child found a bunch of glass right under the corner of the hot tub like a broken bottle was discarded there. Lastly, we found that our balcony door did not lock, leaving us to feel vulnerable. We had to stack the table and chairs in front of the door just to feel slightly better, even though the door opens outward and it's not really helping if someone were to try to get in from the patio. Irrational? Probably. But that's why you have a lock on a door to stop those irrational fears. We would think about booking again in the future because we love staying here and our kids enjoy the private hot tub but it made us not 100% love it this time around.
