Wedding Weekend.

We were in town for a weeding. This was a great place to stay. It was close to everything and to the College. Beds were really comfortable. House was very clean. I will for sure stay here again.

Happened to be an extremely cold weekend and had issues with the thermostat. Kitchen not too well stocked. Very minimal but clean and adequate for a few days.

Great for training week at UCA

Attended a week long communty development program at UCA and grateful for this property to be able to lay my head at night. Walking distance to the college and only 5 driving minutes to the 24-hour gym I found to keep my workouts in the morning. Highly recommend for a business trip or to visit the kiddos at college.

Overall nice place

We enjoyed our stay overall. We needed more in the kitchen to be able to cook/eat and there were some broken doors. We mentioned one of the broken doors to the host and they were apologetic and thanked us for bringing it to their attention. We would have loved to have had better pots/pans/utensils and dishes to use!

Hi Afzal, we’re so sorry about the pests but the rest assured we now have the property treated regularly, and regarding the AC, unfortunately you booked during a particularly unusually hot heat wave here in Arkansas, but we don’t advertise having a hair dryer in the restrooms.

Great location although property needs some attention

Pro's: Overall it was a comfortable visit and the location was the best feature of this home. The furniture and layout of the home were as described and the beds were comfortable. Water pressure was good and hot, which was nice! Cons: Master bedroom dresser needs to be replaced as it has a very strong and off-putting odor inside of the drawers. The utensils in the kitchen were quite lacking, plastic plates were warped and unusable, minimal silverware of the lowest quality, and only a few pots/pans - which made cooking a meal very difficult. They did provide plenty of trash bags and dishwasher detergent. Several doors need to be replaced or repaired in the home, including the front door which has cracks in it so large that light shines through. (can provide pics if needed). Hallway closet door came off the hinges and therefore was unusable. Back sliding door needs to be greased as it was very difficult to open and close. The ramp (which we needed to use because of elderly father) was deteriorating and I was extremely nervous having him walk up and down it with his walker. Several of the boards are warped and I think it could be a hazard - we had to be VERY careful. Several lights within the home (carport and 1/2 bathroom) were not working and the doorbell was also not functional. The location of this home is excellent. With some minor but necessary repairs and replacement of kitchen items we would consider staying here again.
