Spectacular riverfront sanctuary. Enjoy long warm days on the large South facing deck. Several outdoor nooks to enjoy what mother nature has to offer. House is located at the end of a quiet,safe cul-de-sac, with a large open plan living room-kitchen area and a window seat perfect to curl up with a good book. A cooks kitchen with granite counter tops and upgraded appliances. The house has three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Imagine a perfect afternoon on the river BBQing and a soak in the hot tub.

Wonderful stay for the four of us! We pretty much lived on the deck and enjoyed the birdsong and the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was mellow and friendly. We would definitely book this location again - thanks so much!

We had an amazing stay at this property! It comfortably housed two families with plenty of space for everyone, and being pet friendly made the trip even better. The home truly exceeded our expectations — it was clean, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.The location was fantastic as well, with easy access to both the river and the ocean. We also loved exploring the nearby towns of Guerneville and Jenner, which were both charming small towns with great local spots and beautiful scenery. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a peaceful and family-friendly vacation spot.

Yes. He was very helpful.He helped us out when we had a problem with the TV!The house is really nice. There were only three people staying there. We had three friends visiting on Saturday. Oh, I forgot to mention that we brought our two smaller dogs! They were well behaved!! We really enjoyed it, especially the hot tub! It is a really place to stay. Laurie Chaidez Thank you!

Had a great time at the riverfront house! Very quiet, peaceful area with good proximity to Guerneville and Bodega Bay area. House comfortably fit 5 adults for a girls weekend. We didn’t do any cooking at the house, but seemed to have all the basics. Enjoyed using the hot tub! Host was quick to reply to my messages. House was a little hard to find in the dark when we arrived the first night, but then realized the entrance and driveway were behind a fence/gate. Overall great stay!

The house is a beautiful one story home with a large deck overlooking the Russian River. The jacuzzi on the deck was great and there are steps down to the river. The house was clean and had a wonderful kitchen that over looked the living room and a formal dining room which was perfect for family dinners. And although it isn’t a large house, it was perfect for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 children). The location was quiet and convenient for driving to the beach one day and wine tasting the next day. We definitely would recommend this house. (The attached photo is the view from the deck. The late afternoon light was beautiful and a pleasant time to sit and sip a glass of wine.)

We're easygoing travelers who don't need luxury, but a few basics have to be there for the price point, and this property didn't deliver. The location is genuinely great — right on the river, a lovely deck with a great view, and the hot tub was a nice touch. We were traveling with 2 teens and needed sleeping arrangements to match. The queen bed in the middle room was rock hard and essentially unsleepable, and the two twin beds were undersized, more suited to young kids than teenagers. There was no comfortable setup.Beyond that, the house showed a lot of neglect: no AC is fine given all the windows, but the screen door to the living room had a massive hole (the size of a basketball), letting in constant bugs /mosquitos (a real issue right on the river). We didn't have enough bowls for the 4 of us and most of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. The spa/beach towels were old and stained, main bathroom sink handle kept detaching, and shower pressure was very low.None of these individual issues would be dealbreakers at a reasonable price, but for what this house costs per night, basics should be a given. Not being able to sleep is where we drew the line. We ended up checking out early, losing money, and finding another property where everyone could actually get a good night's sleep. Communication from the host was prompt through check-in. After we shared this feedback and explained we'd left after 1 night because the house did not meet our needs, we never heard back.
