Brand New House steps away from Parker River Beach

Our beautiful vacation home is located just a short walk away from the gorgeous ocean waters. With plenty of space for the whole family, this home is the perfect retreat for your summer getaway.

Relax in our spacious, comfortable living area on the 2nd floor or family room on the ground floor, whip up a meal in our fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it at the dining table inside and outdoors. Enjoy your morning coffee on our sunny deck, or take a stroll along the beach. Whatever your pleasure, our vacation home is the perfect home base for all your summer fun.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our home can comfortably sleep up to eight guests. Plus, with amenities like air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

As you walk into the house you are immediately walk in to the family room set up with two comfortable couches, games and private sitting area. There are two bedrooms on this floor - one with bunk bed and office space plus TV, another one with single bed and office space. Fully tiled bathroom with oversized shower is combined with a laundry room and completes the ground level. Staircase from the family room will lead you to the second floor that invites you with cathedral ceiling and open floor plan. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds on the 2nd floor, one of the bedrooms has a TV. Full bathroom with a tub, kitchen, dining and living room and another TV with access to the deck conclude the second floor.

Our home offers a relaxing setting with a spacious, private backyard ideal for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or evening barbecues. Surrounded by mature trees and coastal landscaping, the yard provides a quiet, serene backdrop, whether you're dining al fresco on the patio or enjoying the ocean breeze in the hammock.

The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, and you’re just a 2-minute walk from Parker’s River Beach — a beautiful, sandy beach perfect for swimming, relaxing, and catching stunning sunsets. For more beach options, you're also minutes from Smuggler’s Beach (Bass River Beach) and Seagull Beach.

You're in the heart of it all, with easy access to local attractions and Cape Cod experiences:
