Cette incroyable maison climatisée immaculée est parfaite toute l'année pour les couples, les escapades entre amis ou les familles élargies avec 2 suites parentales, une à chaque étage. Total de 6 chambres (2 King, 2 Queen, plus 2 chambres avec 2 lits jumeaux chacune: dont une convertible en King) et 4 salles de bain complètes plus douche extérieure, draps inclus. Il y a aussi un futon de grande taille, permettant un espace de couchage pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes.

Le salon avec son surround Bose, lecteur BluRay / DVD et télévision à écran plat ravira petits et grands. Vous trouverez également un média / salle de jeux avec futon, table de ping-pong de taille réglementaire, télévision à écran plat, imprimante Wifi, de nombreux jeux, DVD et livres, ainsi qu'une terrasse au deuxième étage.

Profitez de la lecture d'un livre dans la véranda ou détendez-vous dans le bain à remous pendant que vos enfants jouent dans la salle de jeux ou dans la zone de basket-ball. Toute la famille appréciera les s'mores au foyer.

Nous incluons un pass de plage temporaire pour vous permettre de profiter de n'importe quelle plage de la ville de Barnstable! Cependant, qui voudrait s'éloigner d'ici en marchant jusqu'à Craigville Beach, Craigville General Store ou le célèbre Craigville Mexican and Pizza? Vous voulez rester pour le dîner? Un barbecue à gaz sur le pont et une cuisine électroménager entièrement équipée avec un grand réfrigérateur vous permettront de ravir vos papilles.

D'avril à octobre, nous avons OhDeer, un traitement de pulvérisation naturel et biologique pour les moustiques et les tiques, effectué mensuellement. Pas besoin de vous soucier de la sécurité ou de ces parasites sur notre propriété!

We vacation with our adult children and grandchildren every summer. Beyond the Beach in Centerville suited us perfectly. It is equipped with so many amenities and the location is perfect for adults and children. The hosts are helpful and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better rental this year.

We stayed here with our 2 toddlers, both set of grandparents, and a family friend. There was plenty of room for us with some to spare. House was clean and felt like home. Kitchen was very well equipped, we used it everyday. There were so many toys for the kids in the garage, also plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, balls, umbrella , cabana, wagon… the beach is an easy walk and there was a playground for the kids within walking distance. We appreciated all the details that made our lives easier: the stair gates for our toddlers, the smores supplies, the milk frother, the cool cabana for the beach… if you enjoy having all the supplies that make your vacation easier, you will really appreciate this house! Ping pong table and air hockey table were a hit among the adults!

My family and I do a vacation every year with 8 adults and 6 kids, finding a house that fits all of us and that we all love is tricky. We all loved this house! The things that stood out to us the most throughout our week:1) extra fridge in the garage was a life saver2) baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs3) the soaps (this one sounds weird, but the lemon hand soap in every bathroom, and the lavender shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided in the showers was lovely!)4) the tree house for the kiddos was a hit!5) large couch so more than a few of us could fit at a time6) plentiful beach supplies including a cabana, chairs, coolers, wagon, toys7) comfortable beds (it’s so hard to find a great place that also has beds that aren’t 20 years old)8) close to an amazing beach9) game roomDiane and Michael definitely have put a lot of work and thought into what people need during their stay, and it shows. We will absolutely be back!

We had 13 adult men stay here for the weekend for a leadership retreat. Everything worked and was in great condition. The bedrooms and beds are spacious, and the 4 bathrooms were all nice and big. It snowed the whole time, so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor space. It was a short walk to a beautiful beach.

Wonderful stay!

Great home with a lot of amenities for kids and adults! The kitchen was very well equipped, both game rooms were a lot of fun and hot tub was just an amazing experience ! Overall we had a comfortable stay, bedding was super comfy, everything was functional in the house with ample space The layout is very thoughtful and had a great location.

Great Home for Easy Beach Visits

We had ample space in a very clean and well kept property. The house was wonderful and we loved the location. It was our first time to Cape Cod and we'll hope to be back!

Great spot for large family gathering

Plenty of seating inside and out. Hot tub and ping pong room were great bonuses. Lots of room for everyone and very clean. Walking distance to the beach and nice central Cape location to get to the ocean or the bay.

Beyond the Beach was Beyond Beautiful

Our hosts Diane and Michael have done a fabulous job arranging their home for a wonderful stay! They have thought of everything vacationers might need and the provisions exceeded our expectations. Both inside their specious home as well as the surrounding grounds, there is ample space, whether playing a board game, enjoying a meal, or relaxing with a good book The home is located on a quiet tree lined street, just a short walk to the beach. As soon as you arrive you feel the beach vibe and know you are in for a fun stay!

The house has so much to offer. So many little details you only need food and your clothes! The beach is an easy 5-8 min walk. We are already planning to stay again next year!

Beautiful house, very accommodating hosts

There were 9 of us who stayed and a dog, the house is plenty big to hold that and then some. It’s a beautiful and clean place with many things to do! We went during the winter and it was still a great location. The hosts are very nice and very helpful. My family is looking at renting this house again but for the summer next time!

Bright, Spacious, and Close to Everything

This property was perfect for our family—comfortable, clean, bright, and incredibly spacious. We loved having several rooms to relax in, whether it was reading, playing games, or watching TV. It made all the difference.The hot tub was the perfect way to wind down after a day of fun.We couldn’t have asked for a better location—just a short walk to the beach, and close to markets and great restaurants.We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Family wedding

We traveled to Cape Cod for a family wedding and the house was everything we could have asked for! So spacious and had several accommodations you wouldn’t even think of! So many toys for the kids to use and the adults loves the hot tub! House was very clean and beds were comfortable! Everyone loved the house and we are looking forward to staying again in the future!
