The cabin was beautiful and just perfect for my group (Me 54, Mom 82, nephew 15, newphew’s friend 17). We loved the ease of finding the cabin, the 3 separate floors, the teen space in the basement, the separate heating/cooling units for the floors, the hot tub, the fireplace, the 4 tvs, the 2 decks, and the 3 separate bathrooms. We did have a few issues that were all addressed quickly, which I greatly appreciated. We couldn’t get the door to unlock upon arrival (the controlling unit inside had been unplugged), the internet was not working (had been unplugged and the cable wouldn’t stay screwed into the wall), no blankets for the pull-out sofa or the beds, and no shower curtain in the master bath. Fortunately, everything was taken care of within 24 hours. Tristan, the maintenance manager solved all the problems (BIG thank you to him). I appreciated the start up supplies in the cabin. We didn’t run out of anything. My only critique is there needs to be a rug inside the door to dry your feet on (it was raining when we arrived and we got the tile floor wet and dirty. The next morning I had to clean the floor with damp paper towels) and also the carpet is quite dirty from use and needs to be cleaned or replaced. As an aside, the cabin beside ours was rented to a lot of 20 year olds. They threw a HUGE party on Sat. night and had 20-30 people over. Lots of cars including in my parking spot, loud music, lots of drinking, cursing, yelling, and noise till midnight. Annoying!
