Guest Guidelines – A Comfortable Stay for All

Please do:
- Respect Houston's quiet hours after 9:00 PM.
- There is street parking
- We kindly ask you to park in the garage, driveway or street.
- Please be respectful of our neighbor’s driveway space and be a responsible guest when bringing a vehicle with you. A fine of $500 and extra fee for towing will be charged if need be.
- Unplug any item not in use during your stay, try not to leave lights on when not in use or leaving the house
- Treat our neighbors with respect


Strictly No:
- Parties are not allowed. – our space is meant for calm, responsible stays
Smoking (of any kind) is strictly prohibited – We have smoke detectors and will charge a fine of $1000 if any form of evidence is collected plus any other fees associated with clearing the unit of the scent.
- No unregistered guests – $200 fine for additional, undeclared visitors outside of the booking
- No Pets – PETS are not allowed, as much as we love them, we try to make sure the place is ready for our next guest. An extra fee of $1000 is charged if this is not followed plus an extra fee for cleaning.
- No rearranging furniture or unplugging essential devices (WiFi, security system, smart lights) keep our unit running smoothly

Security Notice
This home is monitored by exterior security cameras at the entryway, garaged, and doorbell for insurance and safety purposes. These cameras do not record the interior. Booking this property implies your acknowledgment and consent.
