Property is located in the Sandpiper community. Make yourself at home! Guests have full access to the entire house, private fishing pier, and community pool area.

From November through February, enjoy a longer getaway with discounted monthly rates of $3,600. Send us a message for details!

Other things to note:
☀ Pool is open year round from 8:00am-10:00pm and is heated
☀ Beginning January 1st thru March 1st a fee of $200 per stay applies to have the pool heated. Please let us know if you would like this amenity upon booking so we can apply this fee. Thank you!
☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning company that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.
☀ This house is on stilts so there are stairs! Stairs to get to the main living area and then stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms.
☀The pier is intended for fishing, picking up and dropping off guests, as well as launching or docking small recreational vehicles such as jet skis or fishing boats.

My husband and I personally manage this property and are happy to assist you with anything that you need during your stay.
