Perfect for exploring the White Mountains, this END UNIT townhome in the Clearbrook community is full of light and wood views. Come enjoy the great outdoors in Lincoln, just minutes to LOON mountain hiking trails. Spend the afternoon fishing or take a dip with our membership at the Village of Loon Pool and Fitness center (indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, and outdoor tennis and basketball). Visit one of many nearby restaurants and attractions in the area, or create a memorable meal in our newly renovated kitchen, fully stocked with tableware and cookware essentials. The gas fireplace in the spacious living room provides the perfect end to a relaxing day.

The townhouse was very clean, well stocked kitchen, extra pillows, blankets etc. We had 6 boys under the age of 5 years that enjoyed everything about it. The location was great, only 45 minute ride to Santas village.

The property was perfect for our family for a wedding in the area. There was plenty of room for our grown children and their spouses and also our teens. The place was clean and had plenty of towels, sheets, etc. Don was very quick to respond to our questions and was a great host! We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, well-kept townhouse. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy and enjoyable to cook meals at home — we picked up groceries from Price Chopper nearby. We also used the pass to the fitness and swimming center. While the facility itself is outdated, the outdoor pool was pleasant.

White Mountains Stay

We traveled with 11 people total, ranging from 2 to 50 to the white mountains for the weekend. This house was perfect for our family!! There was plenty of space, the house was clean and well stocked, the check in and check out instructions were smooth. The house is about 45 mins to both Story Land and Santa’s Village which worked well for our trip. The town of Lincoln had lots of stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Place was very clean. I have been vacationing at private rentals for over 20 years now (I gave up hotels), and usually they have all the necessities stocked, like cookware and occasionally you need to run out and grab something. These owners have done the best job of making sure you have everything you need, they even had a lot of fresh food and snacks for us! They go above and beyond. I would not hesitate to book this place agian.

Very nice townhouse in a great location. Close to attractions and restaurants. The property is clean and well stocked, although could use a set of steak knives, but not a big deal. The heating/cooling system takes getting used to with redundant systems. There is a gas grill out back(not listed) that does not work properly. Overall I would recommend this property, plenty of room if you have a larger group and made for a very nice fall weekend!

The property was warm, inviting, well-appointed and immaculate. The location is excellent. The host was welcoming and responsive. We stayed in the fall and it was perfect. We had an overcast day and used the pool which is a huge perk. If a winter stay, would be super cozy and comfortable with the layout, the view and the fireplace. We would definitely stay here again when in the area and would highly recommend!
