We`re on call from 7am-10pm during your stay, with help from assistants to do our best to accommodate your needs outside of those hours. We`re here to make sure your much-needed vacation is exactly that.

Book now to reserve your stay at a rare beachfront escape that feels like a resort, yet gives you full private use of the most unique yard and game amenities in Pompano Beach. It is required by all guests to sign our Rental Agreement to fully confirm the booking. The $39 Management Fee covers the damage waiver.
GENERAL CONDUCT
- No parties or unauthorized gatherings — this home is for registered guests only. Violations will result in immediate removal without refund.
- The `Management Fee` is payment of the Damage Deposit Waiver.
- Use of all amenities is at your own risk. Please take all reasonable caution when using the pool, fire pit, mini golf, game room, all appliances, and anything else provided in the property.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises. This helps maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and neighbors.
- We welcome and love our pet friends, but they must be registered in advance. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 will apply to ensure a clean and safe environment for all guests. Guests will incur additional fees if evidence of an unapproved pet is found. Please be respectful and dispose of pet poo properly and do not let pets pee anywhere but on the grass.

OCCUPANCY & QUIET HOURS
- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests as per local regulations and insurance.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM to respect our neighbors. Excessive noise may result in the immediate cancellation of the stay.
- Noise monitors are installed (no audio recording) to ensure community harmony.

SECURITY & CAMERAS
- Exterior security cameras are in place for guest safety and property protection. Tampering with cameras or any other electronic equipment on premises will result in cancellation of your stay.
- No cameras inside the home or garage.

POOL & BACKYARD USE
- Use the pool and fire pit at your own risk — no lifeguard is on duty.
- Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, fire pit, and mini golf course. PLEASE use extreme caution with children around the pool and ensure children do not have unsupervised access to the pool or backyard.
- Glass is strictly prohibited in the pool area — please use the provided plastic drinkware.
- No diving or roughhousing in or around the pool.

MINI GOLF & MURAL
- Please enjoy the custom mini golf course respectfully. Do not climb on landscaping or the banyan tree.
- The Pompano Beach mural is a signature piece — please do not touch, lean on, or damage the artwork.

GAME ROOM / GARAGE
- The garage is a dedicated game room — please treat the equipment (pool table, arcade games, Pop-a-Shot) with care. We want to provide a fun and safe experience for all guests, and that starts with treating the equipment with care.
- Use the workout equipment at your own risk and only if you are capable of doing so in a safe manner.
- No food or drinks on the game equipment.
- Do not block access to the hidden laundry closet, which may need to be accessed during your stay.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
- Each bedroom has exterior access for your convenience and privacy. Please ensure doors are locked when not in use.
- All guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host, property owner and their heirs and affiliated parties regarding the use of the bunk beds.
- Towels are provided for both bath and pool. Please only use white towels indoors and the colored pool towels outdoors.

CLEANING & LAUNDRY
- No same-day laundry service — we kindly ask you not to overload the machines.
- Mid-stay cleanings available upon request (additional fee).
- If you break or damage anything, please just let us know — we appreciate honesty and understanding. We`re all humans.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: After 4 PM | Check-out: By 10 AM
- Late check-out may incur an additional fee if not pre-approved. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for additional fee.
- Please place any used bath (white) towels in the bathrooms at check-out. Please place used pool towels on ground in front of the washing machine. If they are soaking wet, please hang them outside. These procedures really help our hard working cleaners.

LIABILITY & INSURANCE
- You agree to release the host from liability for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
