This residence is a “home” and is located in a beautiful neighborhood, Colfax Meadows. If you enjoy lovely long walks and friendly people it’s a gem. It has natural warmth and comfort. The yard offers a beautiful green setting, pool, jacuzzi and grill area just outside the back door. It offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. A great vaca away from home or a retreat after a busy day of sight seeing.

The house offers a warm and inviting feel with hard wood floors on the main level with the exception of the 5th bedroom which is carpeted as are the upstairs and 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom in unique and are very inviting. 

Bedroom 1 offers a kingsize bed and a double chaise lounge. The bathroom offers a whirlpool bathtub, walk in shower next to it and a his and hers sink.
Bedroom 2 offers 2 single beds and its own bathroom with tub/shower.
Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed. 
Bedroom 4 offers a full size bed.
Note - Bedroom 3 and 4 share a Jack and Jill bathroom with 2 sinks with a shower/bathtub.
Bedroom 5 is on the main level and offers a queen bed with ensuite bath/shower.
**There is also a pack and play and highchair if you need them.
The main floor offers an half bath.

All bedrooms have a desk or table to use. The main floor offers a small office area with a desk.

The kitchen offers a cook/chefs delight with loads of cooking essentials, anything you need to make a great meal including a plethora of spices and cookbooks. Speaking of meals, we can connect you to our “family chef/cook” if you would like an amazing meal prepared for you.

There are 2 dining areas. The dining room seats 8 and easily seats 10 by adding 2 kitchen chairs. The kitchen dining area seats 6.

Our family room comfortably seats 10 people. For a little additional fun, we offer karaoke system through our stereo and the your Apple Music app offers music and lyrics. We also have a large collection of board games and a table top Scrabble deluxe!
There is an additional sitting room area with 2 sofas and 2 chairs.

If you want to order in there are oodles of food offerings! Remember you are in LA and it’s a foodies delight here!

***Jacuzzi heating is available by request cost included. ***Pool heating is available for $100/day pool fee. The heating is controlled by management and can be heated to your desire upon request. Pool takes approx. 10 hours and Jacuzzi takes up to an hour depending the air temperature during the day or night. We cannot guarantee temperature without sufficient notification.

The home is furnished with smart TV’s and hight-speed WiFi.
Full dining sets (including plates, bowls, silverware) pots, pans, wine and drinking glasses
Guest access: keypad entry for your convenience and safety. Please contact your host with any questions or concerns.

--Security Cameras: The house is equipped with external zoom cameras. The cameras are at the front and side and back of the property are in place for security reasons.--
