• The home is two stories. The staircase to the second floor is steeper than standard residential stairs. If anyone in your group has limited mobility or is very young, ground-floor sleeping options are available — just let us know at booking.

• For guests who prefer not to use the stairs, ground-floor sleeping options can be arranged. Please reach out before your stay so we can ensure you are set up comfortably.

• Free on-site parking for one vehicle; additional street parking is plentiful.
