Une autre belle maison située sur la magnifique baie de West Grand Traverse à Traverse City. Située sur la péninsule de Leelanau, cette charmante maison est spacieuse et propose un hébergement confortable pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 11 personnes. Orientation sur S. West Bay Shore Dr., cette propriété est parfaite pour profiter de magnifiques vues sur le lever du soleil.
 
 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain. Les lits comprennent 1 lit king size, 2 lits queen size, 2 lits complets et un lit double, un canapé-lit (dans la chambre familiale du niveau inférieur). Il y a deux chambres à l'étage (une avec cheminée) et deux chambres en bas. Les draps et les serviettes sont inclus. Les locations à la semaine incluent le changement de linge en milieu de semaine.

Le salon spacieux est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre et se relaxer avec son foyer à gaz et son bar. Cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle. Prenez vos repas dans la salle à manger qui surplombe l’eau. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un salon supplémentaire avec une cheminée �� gaz. Télévision (pas de câble), lecteurs Blu-ray avec fonction de streaming, WiFi, laveuse / sécheuse.

L'extérieur vous coupera le souffle avec les magnifiques patios, de nombreux sièges et une vue imprenable. Le ciel est incroyable et l’eau change de couleur bleue. Gril à gaz fourni.

Cette maison est à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Traverse City ou de Suttons Bay. Il existe des dizaines d'établissements vinicoles, plusieurs brasseries, des locations de bateaux et de vélos, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Prévoyez une croisière en bateau ou une balade à vélo sur le sentier Leelanau, facilement accessible depuis cet endroit. Cette région ne vous décevra pas, peu importe le temps de l'année.

The house was ideal for the number in our party. Upon our arrival, we could not access the property because the owner changed the code and the property management company didn’t know or didn’t share that information with us. However, when we told them about the code, they were responsive and apologetically. We loved the ideal location. The kitchen is well equipped but the coffee maker needs to be replaces because it is super slow!! We would definitely recommend this location to friends.

We very much enjoyed our stay at "Be Dazzeled" for one week in August 2025. We too, were dazzeled by both the location on the water, amazing sunrise view, comfortable space with water view and seating everwhere, and the amzing location that is close to the many attractions and actvities for our family 6: two grandchildren (13 and 11), their 2 paents, and the 2 of us-the grandparents. One suugestion: You should clearly state in the listing that 2 of the 4 bedrooms are in fact in the [walkout] basement.

Other 3 bedrooms are pretty quiet. The bay is beautiful in the backyard and at the time of our stay, there was a sandy beach. We would stay here again!

Bachelorette wine tasting weekend

We did a weekend for my daughter’s Bachelorette party. Friday night we stayed in and enjoyed the fire pit and the lovely house. When someone was tired they could easily go to bed and not be disturbed. It was perfect for our group! We want to come back!

It's a great location, close to TC and Sutton's bay. Shopping and wineries are just a short drive, but if you just want to chill and watch the water, this is the place too! Stay here again

We were ia group of eight friends stayed at the house. We love the home and I’ll definitely stay here again. But don’t be afraid to bring some of your own personal items like hand towels and there is no pot holders which really surprised me for safety reason. Yes I burnt my finger. But we couldn’t ask for a better location in the house had great views

It is so comfortable and spacious, with several gathering areas in the home. Just a quick few minutes drive into Traverse City to enjoy restaurants, shopping and fun town vibe. We did some cross country skiing and snow tubing all within about 10-15 minutes from the home. What a nice winter getaway!

Be Dazzled

This house has character and felt inviting. Sorry for the unfortunate bathroom incident we all are getting somewhat older. May I recommend bathroom wall bars?

I should tell you the one when the tp holder was ripped off the wall but that's another story. We hope you will visit again!

House needs work Blind did not open and close. Pillows in living room were torn with stuffing coming out. House had spider webs in the corners. and dirty floors in the basement.

Beautiful view but deferred maintenance issues

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location and nice home however, there were multiple items that arose on our stay. First, the home wasn’t available at check in time- 4 on. The cleaning crew didn’t finish until almost 5 pm. Next (big one), the master bedroom bed broke, which has clearly happened before because the bedframe was cracked and had a bracket to repair it in the past. We had to move the mattress onto the floor to sleep the first night. property management team was definitely great and responded to our issues quickly. Additionally, there was a multiple lights that needed to be replaced. The last example was the leaves were never cleaned up from last fall and there’s still a big pile in the lower part of the yard. With all that, the views are stunning.

We did speak with you and replaced the bed frame the following day. We have inspected all of the lights in the home and fixed accordingly.

We had the absolute best vacation ever staying here and our kids ask daily to return to the Lake House! There were a couple minor things that maintenance immediately came and fixed. The staff was amazing and Kathleen was the sweetest person to work with on booking our getaway! I can't wait to return!!! Perfect area too- close to Traverse city downtown, Suttons Bay, Fishtown Leland and the sleeping bear dunes! Memories we will never forget were made here.

Attention to details

As I read in a previous review… there needs to be some attention to the items inside and outside of the house. Several pillows are torn or appear dirty. Outside there is a lounger that is torn up . Dishwasher and ice/water in fridge door was not working and a couple of light bulbs needed to be replaced. Management Company was great to work with and quickly contacted up letting us know my husband had left his wedding ring there.

Mixed Bag

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house for a family gathering. Of the 4 bedrooms, 2 were huge, and 2 were tiny. Not a great setup for 8 adults.The rest of the house was quite nice, with several seating areas inside and out. The firepit on the patio is a nice feature, but the motion sensor floodlight absolutely killed the night-time atmosphere and made star watching virtually impossible. Several lights in the house had burnt out bulbs, which caused some issues.Road noise is almost constant, as the house is right on highway M22. Aside from road issues, the location is convenient to Traverse City and the Leelanau Peninsula. On the positive side, the house has a great view of the bay, and sunrises were wonderful. No dock, but the lake level was down a bit, so we actually had a small sand beach.
