- King-sized bed in spacious room, walk-in closet, 55" smart TV, private bathroom, full shower/tub. The walk-in closet also has a Pack And Play with a mattress if needed as well as a fold up twin bed if needed.

- Queen-sized bed, big closet.

Bedroom 4:
- Full-sized bed, decent closet, table for work. Closet holds a twin size fold up bed if needed

- 2 leather sofas that could be used for sleeping if needed. Smart TV.

- Full kitchen, stocked with everything you need to cook or grill- pots and pans, toaster, cutting boards, utensils, crockpot, you name it- we have it!

- Oversized table big enough to seat 8 with extra chairs in the garage

Guest will have full access to the 1556 sqft home, including all four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the game room, living room, dining room, kitchen, fenced backyard with patio, grill, fire pit, and driveway (driveway is long enough for roughly 4 vehicles)

Pets are permitted for a $69 nonrefundable fee per pet. Any damages from pets will need to be reimbursed by client.
