CASA EMILIANA, your Home-Away-From-Home in GaucĂn, in the heart of the Spanish mountain village of Gaucin, is next door to the renowned Fructuosa Hotel & Restaurant. Best views in southern Europe looking straight down towards Gibraltar and Morocco.
Total floor space is 240 square meters/2,580 square feet. Three large en-suite bedrooms on the First floor. On the Terrace floor, fully equipped kitchen, games room including billiard table, Smart TV, dining area, wood burning four sided fireplace and sun deck. A/C, central heating and overhead fans for comfort. The Town-House which has been completely rebuilt, was once the primary school of the village.
Each bedroom has luxurious linens from the UK, and features either a twin bed, queen bed, or king bed. Enjoy the soothing ambiance of big bathrooms equipped with walk-in rain showers, hair dryers and showers.
Two of the bedroom have walk-out balconies facing south, and the third bedroom has a village view. All of the bedrooms have been decorated specially by the owner from her travels in Africa.
There is across the street: delicatessen, grocery store and butcher. Gaucin has a number of tapas bars and restaurants, all within walking distance of CASA EMILIANA.

I am Marina, the owner and host of CASA EMILIANA The Town-House. I am Belgian, and my partner is an Irish-Canadian. We enjoy the outdoors, and that is one of the reasons we chose Gaucin, because there are many walking trails around the village. Having previously managed a compound of 25 houses in Bahrain with many nationalities, I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
CASA EMILIANA The Town-House was a 3 year restoration project for us. We re-built the old school house, which is right in the middle of the village of Gaucin on its main street, into a completely new dwelling. We have the privilege of proximity to the next door conveniences - the landmark Hotel & Restaurant Fructuosa, Bonnissim delicatessen (home-made-takeaway), grocery stores, and near-by, tapas bars, not to mention bank (ATM). There is also a really great wine and cheese store. Everything is within walking distance. Gaucin is a writers and artists colony; it also has a music scene.

CASA EMILIANA The Town-House has the best views looking down toward the Mediterranean and Morocco from its sun deck. It has a superb Terrace Floor, with games room including billiard table, SMART TV, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. It also has a wood burning fire place for the cooler seasons. All bedrooms have very modern en-suite bathrooms, high ceilings with fans, and air-conditioning. Most importantly, all the rooms are specially decorated from our respective travels in Africa.
