A very nice townhouse close to services and without disturbing noises of traffic etc. This house is well equipped and works well especially with the nice terrace with a sea and garden view.I think we now know a place where to stay during our next Estepona experience.Thank You!Antti

Lovely Villa

We very much enjoyed this classic Costa del Sol gem. Great location. Nicely furnished. Pool is indeed fantastic.

Well equipped property with terrific view.

Excellent location in terms of proximity to supermarket, the town, the communal pool and the beach. The property itself has everything one could need on a holiday. Lorraine was very friendly and most helpful throughout. Loved our stay.

Beautiful spot on the beach

A lovely property well located for walks along the seaside and trips to the local town beach and restaurants. Small children’s playground 2 mins walk away and carrefour supermarket 5 mins away make this a super convenient spot for families.

Nice property great location

Everything was great but the one queen bed was not a bedroom, no window or door and the ceiling was just over a meter high so you had to crawl in and out.

Dear Alan, good to hear that everything was great. Regarding your remark about a queen bed not being a bedroom: maybe you misinterpreted the description of the house? There are two bedrooms with windows and additionally there is indeed a mezzanine, and this is also described on HomeAway: "There is one double bedroom with airco and built-in wardrobes. The 2nd (small) bedroom has a bunk bed (2 single beds). For the fifth person there is a bed in the open mezzanine in the living room. We hope to welcome you back! Kind regards,

Lovely Estepona

Wonderful patio view for our breakfasts. Well equipped kitchen. Walk to town us about 20-30 min on beach path. Restaurants in both directions on path also. Close to grocery. Nice pool in complex to cool off after spending day in old town or the port. Lorraine was very helpful with check in and suggestions.

Beautiful villa in a great location

We had such a great time in this lovely villa set in beautiful grounds and only 50 paces from the sea. Equipped with everything you would ever need and beautifully furnished, this property really is special. Location too is fantastic. It is set only a 15 minute stroll from the centre of Estepona with a supermarket only minutes away. I can not recommend this property highly enough. I’d return in a heartbeat

Loved it!

We visited as family of four, two adults and two children 3 and 6 years old. We had awesome time, everywhere was close... beach, pool on a doorstep, hipper market and restaurant within walking distance. Previous reviews were super helpful, thanks! And thanks to Lorraine being so accommodating and helpful. We would like to come back next year.

An amazing week

Its a lovely little house in a wonderful community. Excellent pool and a nice little garden with ocean view. Its a calm neigbourhood but 15-20 minutes walk and you are in Estepona. If there is anything to mention it gets a little too warm in the room with the bunkbed, but was not really a problem for us. Overall we had an amazing week here.

Beautiful tranquility

A well planned house, perfect for 2. A terrace overlooking the garden and the sea with possibility to bbq, beautiful!! The house is in good chape and the kitchen is wellequipped. We enjoyed the paths along the sea, either to Estepona or to the east. Estepona has a lovely old town about 20 minutes to walk. Carrefour is close and has all you could possibly want. We would love to come back!

Picture perfect views from the house terrace! Located in an attractive safe development in an excellent location for walking into Estepona on the beach walkway - around 15 mins and easy walking access to Carrefour Hypermarket and coach station. Our first visit to Estepona and it didn’t disappoint - green and lush with flower beds and planters in every street and walkway Lorraine the house manager was always on hand to promptly deal with any queries Would highly recommend.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic location and view

The garden, balcony and view are simply amazing, we enjoyed the winter sun on the terrace with beautiful, uninterrupted seaviews. Estepona is about a 15min walk along the coastal path which is great.The house itself is lovely inside and nicely renovated but I would recommend it for 2 adults with 1 child maximum. We were staying with 2 young children ( under the age of 3) and it was too small for us and not ideal with the stairs. Thank you to lorraine for the excellent communication and service!

A stunning property by the sea and within easy walk of bars and restaurants

We met the lovely Lorraine who showed us round the property. We weren't disappointed - wow what a fabulous house with amazing views of the sea. It had everything we needed and the decor was stunning. We walked every day along the path which runs by the sea and it took about 20 mins to reach the beautiful old Town of Estepona. There are plenty of beach bars and restaurants along the way. When we felt like staying in, we enjoyed eating on the terrace by candlelight, listening to the waves. Just wonderful and we will definitely return.

Estepona has stolen our hearts!

We loved our stay at this cute little villa directly on the Mediterranean Sea. The grounds were lush and well manicured and the view from the terrace was just like the photos. Being able to see Gibraltar was a nice surprise! The interior was nicely furnished and the mattress in the main bedroom was very comfortable(we didn't use the other beds).The kitchen was very well equipped and having an amazing grocery store a few minutes away for supplies encouraged us to prepare some meals. Being able to walk to Estepona in 15-20 minutes via the waterfront boardwalk was one of our favourite things to do. The old town in Estepona is the most picturesque and charming on the Costa del Sol and there is a wide choice of restaurants. On site parking was very convenient and secure. Lorraine, the property manager, was a joy to deal with throughout our stay.

Amazing holiday house

I was absolutely impressed with the house. We stayed there for two weeks with kids (7, 1 y.o.), in May-June. That time, there were only few houses occupied, it was peaceful and relaxing. House is completely renovated, very very tastefully decorated (actually probably the best I have stayed in, simple and ellegant) and perfectly equipped. It has everything we needed, from equipped kitchen to washing machine. I was very pleased with details, such as scent in bathroom, insect-repellent plug, sprays against insect, coffee for a machine... all possible little things, that make your stay even better. With the great pool just outside the house, terrace with the sea view, fresh lemons picked up from beautiful communal garden by my boys every morning, store and city by walking distance, I couldn't be more satisfied. I also have to mention house manager Lorraine, gorgeous helpfull lady, who cared a lot, so we could enjoy our holiday. If visiting Estepona someday again, I just know, where to stay again.

Great location and a very comfortable villa

The villa is well equipped and in a very convenient location with fabulous views of the sea. We particularly enjoyed its proximity to the pool and easy access to the beach. All the equipment provided was of a high standard and worked well. The villa was spotlessly clean on our arrival. We found the main bedroom to be comfortable and it had plenty of hanging space. The mezzanine bedroom was only suitable for adults or older teenagers but this had no hanging space for clothes. Due to the lack of a rail along the edge it would not be suitable for children. The second bedroom, which had bunk beds but no hanging space, would be fine for younger children. On the downside, we were a bit surprised that we were charged 100 euros as a cleaning fee and had assumed that this would mean that there was to be some cleaning of the villa during the week. In fact, it appeared to be a standard charge for the villa to be cleaned prior to our arrival. We have never come across a similar charge anywhere else when we have rented a property. We were also a bit taken aback when we were charged 40 euros because we were unable to meet the house manager by 18:00. Although we were forewarned of this a few days before our arrival it does seem a lot when we were at the mercy of flight times and the traffic. We had also contacted the manager and told her that we would be an hour late so that she wouldn't have to waste her time waiting for us. All the above notwithstanding, it is a lovely villa in a great location and we may well return.

Vacaciones perfectas!

La localización es inmejorable. La casa preciosa y muy limpia. Muy muy tranquila pero cerca de todo. Inmejorable! El paseo marítimo perfecto para caminar y el mar a 50m de la casa! Lorraine que nos recibió es un encanto. Sinceramente no se puede pedir más !

Prachtig huisje, tegenvallend strand

Het huis met de enorm complete uitrusting (ZELFS een goed keukenmes!), de ontvangst door Lorraine, de omgeving, de bedden, hygiene, het zwembad... alles dik in orde. Enige minpunt is het strand. Hier wordt in de advertentie geen aandacht aan geschonken en dat had argwaan moeten opwekken. Het strand is smal (ALS het droog is van 1 tot maximaal 3 meter), vol stenen en lelijke betonblokken en is driekwart van de dag nat. 100 meter verderop is een beter stukje maar dat was heel vies door een dikke laag bruin wier

Dem amerikanischen von der Terrasse aus lauschen!

Sehr schön gelegenes, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes, kleines Reihenhaus mit bei schönem Werter ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen (13 - 42 Jahre). Toller Pool, direkter Zugang zu schmalem Sandstrand. Grünes, ruhiges und gut gepflegtes Grundstück, zentrumsnah.
