Fall in love with this Private Garden Efficiency. Just 1 mile from Downtown Ocala. Yet tucked away in this charming historic neighborhood with towering oaks & tree lined sidewalks. Private entrance to the Garden Efficiency that is all yours. It is attached to my home by 1 wall. Enjoy the small kitchenette with Quirig coffee, tea, water & snacks provide. As well as a large mini fridge with seperate freezer, microwave & toaster. Relax just outside your door on the bricked garden patio with chairs & a lounger. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the screened patio with comfy overstuffed rockers. Silver Springs is less than 10 minutes up the road. The World Equestrian Center is 25 minutes away. Downtown Ocala is a mile away, offering resteraunts, shopping, events, nightlife & 2 hospitals. This unit is perfect for 1 or 2 people . The washer & dryer is available to guests staying 3+ nights.
If you enjoy wildlife , ask me about the eagles nest across the street. You can usually find them in or around the nest. In Spring, the babies are born each year. Its amazing to watch them grow & take flight.

We had a great stay! The apt. was clean and well equipped. The home is very well located and the restaurants are easy to find. Will stay again when in the area.

Check in was easy. The room was great, and the bed was very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, and nicely located to our destination. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

The hostess was very nice and friendly. The unit was clean, efficient and well stocked with snacks and linens (towels and blankets). The weather was unusually cold and the unit was warm and comfortable.The location was perfect for our plans to tour the state park and ride the glass-bottom boat!

We absolutely loved our stay! Kari is so friendly and responsive, the space was lovely! Perfect for our weekend trip to Ocala. The bed was so comfortable and having the fridge/freezer, coffeemaker and microwave fantastic. The outdoor garden was beautiful as well.Highly recommend this property

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy efficiency right in the heart of downtown Ocala. The space was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything needed for a relaxing weekend.The check-in process was smooth, communication with the host was easy, and the atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment I walked in. It was the perfect home base for exploring Ocala without spending a fortune.Highly recommend for solo travelers or a girlfriends’ weekend trip which is what this was for us. I’d happily stay again!

Cozy little place, perfect for one person or a couple. It has everything you need. Located in a quiet neighborhood right across from an elementary school, 15 minutes away from World Equestrian Center. If you are looking for a place to sleep comfortable and the next morning take a shower and get ready to go, this is for you.

I am elderly with low vision which is almost blind. And yes they do let us drive lol. At any rate the place I stayed at was clean and neat as a pin. It was located 30 minutes from where I met up with my family.. I drive using Waze especially if I drive at night which is rare. When I tried going to the home at night Waze malfunctioned and kept telling me I was at the right place even when I wasn't. I contacted VRBO finally and my host and they helped me find my way in. The host even helped park my car. This home was typical of a home built in the 50s. I live in one currently. It felt relaxing and most pleasant. The photos are good ones of how the house actually looks. It has a nice patio for sitting outside. The neighborhood is typical of old Florida and was quiet. Didn't take pictures because I didn't know I could. I would definitely stay with Kari again!!

I'm a Florida Girl. I grew up in Ft Lauderdale, and have lived in Fl. my whole life.
I love the water.......ocean, springs, rivers all of it. Being out on or near the water is very relaxing & connects us back with nature. Boating, kayaking, or a leisurely float down the river in a tube is always a good time.

I grew up having horses, and still love the smell of a barn. It's impossible not to be happy when your in the company of horses. Ocala represents all horsemanship in a grand & beautiful fashion.

Music is my vice, my therapy, and my constant companion. Gardening & growing things also brings me great joy.

I am a devoted animal lover. I rescue anything that needs rescue, and find that animals often have better manners than many humans.

Happiness & Joy are a daily choice.

I fell in love with the old historic homes in this neighborhood. They have such character, charm & history. Each one unique.
I walk alot, and find joy & comfort in the oak lined streets. There is a large historic cemetery close by, that is beautiful & peaceful to stroll through. Many of the residents dating back to the 1800's.
The neighborhood feels cozy & tucked away from the busy world. But it's an illusion, as Downtown Ocala, shopping, malls, hospitals & resteraunts are all very conveniently close by.
I enjoy hosting & have been incredibly blessed to have had the the pleasure of meeting so many amazing guests.

The Garden Efficiency is cozy & comfortable. It offers a nice combination of privacy & saftey. Many guests have commented on the fantastic location, cleanliness & comfort of the unit.
I think it offers alot of value to guests. Most hotels these days start at $150 a night, and they don't offer the comforts of home you get with the
Efficiency.
