1. Occupancy: Declare the number of occupants at booking or when new occupants enter. No extra guests allowed without permission. Guest is responsible for all occupants. Unaccounted guests will incur a $25 charge. NOTE: Extra guest fee of $25 applies after the first 3 guests.
2. Hold Harmless: Homeowners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of belongings on the premises. Guests assume all risks arising from the use of the premises.
3. Weather/Natural Disasters: No refunds for unfavorable weather, storms, earthquakes, or wildfires.
4. Parking: Free Parking on the street on availability basis.
5. Surveillance: Security cameras are present on front door. Tampering with cameras leads to cancellation, forfeiture of deposit, and removal without refund.
7. House Rules: Maintain property and furnishings in good order. No shoes inside. Shoes worn indoors forfeit damage deposit.
8. Noise: Observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to avoid disturbing neighbors.
9. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited on the property, including the home and garage. Any instances of smoking will result in a $1,000 fine.
10. Parties: Not allowed per policy. Hosting a party will result in cancellation, eviction, and deposit forfeiture.
11. Intended Use: Use appliances for their intended purposes only.
12. Damages: Charges apply for broken, stolen, or damaged property at the repair/replacement cost plus 20% service fee.
13. Housekeeping: No daily housekeeping. Do not remove linens, towels, or provided supplies from the unit.
14. Outlets and Plugs: Do not disconnect cables from outlets, especially LED lights. Reconnect cables before departure in emergencies.
15. Early/Late Checkout Available for $50 upon request. Unauthorized late checkouts incur a $50/hr fee or a full day’s charge after the first hour.

The apartment was a good value, central location, clean, and a quiet building and neighborhood. We didn’t use the kitchen or building amenities but the apartment worked well for our four day stay.

Clean and comfortable one bedroom in a nice building. Close to everything in Minneapolis. We met friends and family and had a meeting and never had to drive more than 15 minutes. I was worried about street parking but didn't have to park more than 1/2 block away the entire stay. I would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Host was responsive within 24-48 hours. Parking is free but can get crowded on the streets. The apartment had a very cozy vibe, with furniture that brings the place together. Clean and well-put together. If you run out of dishwasher detergent, they’re quick to replace within a day. Maintenance also is quick to respond if anything should happen. Location was good for places I wanted to get to around Minneapolis. My only small qualm is the pots and pans, which had scratches on the coating where some of the paint was coming off. I did address it to the host by sending photos but it wasn’t concerning enough for them to replace. Overall it was a good stay.
