Mon 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, condo en bord de mer au 1er étage est entièrement approvisionné et prêt pour les invités! Il se trouve sur une plage non accessible en voiture dans le quartier calme d'Ormond-by-the-Sea avec accès à la plage directement en face de l'immeuble. Profitez du petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse tout en regardant le lever du soleil sur l'océan. En sortant de la plage, détendez-vous au bord de notre belle piscine!

Le condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 (1 lit queen, 2 lits jumeaux), avec SMART TV dans le salon et la chambre principale, un lecteur DVD, la télévision par câble et Internet sans fil. J'ai entièrement rénové l'unité en 2017, donc tout est nouveau et mis à jour, ce qui lui donne une sensation de "plage moderne". L'unité a des comptoirs en quartz, des appareils en acier inoxydable, une table de cuisson en verre et une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Nous avons des barres d'appui dans la douche et les baignoires, des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard et beaucoup de serviettes de plage.

Loved the view of the ocean from the balcony! The condo was clean and stocked with anything you might need. Very comfortable with a great 'beachy' feel. Our host Barbara was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this rental!!

Great place!

My family and I have stayed here all week and we love it! I would definitely come back if I get the chance. It's fully supplied and has everything you would need for the perfect vacation. It's a very short walk to the beach and just s few doors down from the pool. I highly recommend it!

A piece of paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Barbara's condo. It was great to be right across the street from the beach so we could walk the beach twice a day. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. The neighbors were friendly. We hope to be back again soon.

Excellent holiday or long term stay!

The condo is serene and secure. Located in a quiet area with beautiful beaches right outside your window. The condo has everything you need with some wonderful extras (wii console w/games, beach toys and chairs, beach towels)! The condo is spacious enough for 4 people and the beds are comfortable. We needed a long term stay and the owners were able to accommodate our every need. The owners are very nice and were here to greet us and explain everything in detail and left us with the security that they were within easy reach if we should need them. Some nice local restaurants to choose from (we suggest Lenny's New York Pizza and Lagerheads). You have Ormond Beach/Daytona Beach one direction but don't pass up on Flagler Beach the other direction. Also, drive north on AIA about a mile to High Bridge Rd. to drive through Bulow Creek State Park, huge oaks with spanish moss create a tree covered road that is enchanting! I would highly recommend this property and the owners!!

We stayed at Barbaras home for a family medical emergency and it was perfect. Barbara’s home was beautiful and well stocked. She was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to help us find another place to rent while my family continued their therapy. Beautiful view of the oven, cozy and very clean. Well stocked and easy to cook family meals and socialize. Anything you could need to cook is there already . There were games and books, tons of beach equipment for beach time fun. I absolutely recommend this property and the owner both were beyond expectations and 5 star all the way

Great condo! Such nice decor and well kept

I stayed at Barbara’s condo for three months while moving and it was perfect. I woke up every morning to the sunrise and took a walk on the beach. The beds are comfy and the condo is so nicely decorated with upgraded everything. Barbara was also super easy to communicate with and was a wonderful host. 10/10!

Great Updated Beachfront Condo

What a great condo! Plenty of room in this first floor unit. The condo was recently updated with high end finishes, including really nice furniture, quartz counters, marble shower, etc.. Not common to see this quality in a beach condo, and we really appreciated it! The beach access walk-over is right across the street, and the unit was stocked with beach chairs, towels, etc. -there was even a boogie board, skin board, etc. for renters with kids. The owner, Barbara, was super responsive to everything we needed! We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended it another few months!

The condo was beautiful, it was a quiet relaxing atmosphere, but also a quick drive to Daytona for some fun! The owner was absolutely amazing throughout the stay due to some work being done on the buildings itself and was quick to fix anything she could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible! Unit was recently remodeled and it's great. All new everything. Location is great, right on the beach and convenient to things to do. Definitely want to come back. Some problem with the VRBO folks, but the owner is wonderful to deal with.

Nice and quiet relaxing stay

Overall very good ! Kids enjoyed the Games, pool and beach! The only thing off was a strange odor in the unit when we arrived. It eventually went away or we got used to it. Thanks for a good week!

Originally from New York, I now live in Florida and love to get out to the beach whenever I can. I'm a professor at the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!) and I have been hosting guests at my beach property since 2013. I enjoy helping guests have a great beach getaway!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I chose Ormond Beach because it is a very lovely and peaceful beach, yet not far from the popular tourist destinations of Daytona Beach and St. Augustine. Ormond feels like 'my' beach, as it's rarely crowded and locals are very friendly. Dolphin sightings are common, and local dining is excellent. My unit is cozy and comfortable. You will love it if you want a relaxing beach getaway!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I really like that the unit is on the first floor, as it's really fast and easy to get to the beach and I can drive up and easily unload groceries, luggage, etc. I completely renovated the unit in 2017, making it more modern and comfortable for my guests. The appliances are modern and the furniture is from nice places like West Elm and Macy's.
