Other Things to Note:

1- There’s no central AC, but being in the basement, the unit stays naturally cooler throughout the warmer months.

2-Please note there is no in-unit washer and dryer.

3-The unit is located off Bellevue Way, a busy street—traffic noise may be noticeable, especially when the back door is open.

4-Some noise may be heard from the upstairs neighbor.

5-Pets are welcome—up to 2 allowed. The pet fee is $100 for one pet or $200 for two, per stay.

6-The unit can be accessed from the ground floor (Level 3) down to Level 1 by either the elevator or the stairs.
