The space -
KITCHEN – Large kitchen with recessed lighting, large sink under bright window and fully stocked with dish sets, silverware, pots and pans, mixing bowls, pitchers, cups, wine glasses, mugs, Keurig & 12-cup Mr. Coffee machines, toaster, pantry items - everything needed to prepare meals. Electric stove/oven and over the range microwave, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Overlooks dining area with China cabinet and large table.

LAUNDRY – Stackable washer and dryer located in 1st floor full bathroom. Iron & Board. Clothing hamper provided.

BEDROOMS – Pillows, blankets, bed sheets, and bath towels are provided.
Bedroom 1: 2nd floor Master bedroom with queen size bed and private office with desk (for remote working needs)
Bedroom 2: 2nd floor bedroom with queen size bed
Bedroom 3: 2nd floor bedroom with queen size bed
Bedroom 4: 2nd floor bedroom with 2 single beds

LIVING ROOM – Huge gathering place with comfortable couch, additional oversized chair, lounge chairs and cushioned furniture! Watch movies on the large, flat-screen Smart TV with DVD player, read books or play board games together in front of the wood burning fireplace. A small stationary desk and piano too. A double set of French doors provide direct access to front porch. Rear door leads to back sunroom.

FIREPLACE - Please enjoy the TWO (2) indoor, wood burning fireplaces, one located in the living room and the other on the rear, screened-in sunroom. Wood stocked at the cottage too!

PARKING - Four (4) off-street parking spaces and two (2) on-street parking permits provided. Please note, on-street parking by permit only. Any violation subject to penalty by fine/ticket issued by Cornwall Borough Police.
