Plus, it’s conveniently located off I-80, which tends to have much lighter traffic compared to the busy routes between Salt Lake City and Park City, especially during peak hours. Please note that there is no AC in the house as it has never been needed due to special microclimate, but there are enough ceiling fans in rooms and there is a standing fan too.

Additionally, during the winter, all the roads are well-maintained and regularly cleared of snow, ensuring easy and trouble-free access even during snowy conditions.
