Your Lancaster adventure begins at this upscale 3-bedroom townhome. Built in 1912, the home has been thoroughly modernized. With 2 queen beds and 1 king bed, this cozy retreat offers a peaceful escape for guests. We have a fully-equipped kitchen, including a K-cup coffee maker, Percolator & Tea Pot. Full laundry available, as well as laundry necessities (detergent, iron, etc).
The Dining Room table accommodates seating for (6) with (2) additional counter-top stools for the kitchen pass-through opening. The galley kitchen has all the amenities needed to prepare, cook and clean up after a nice family meal. We have a fully equipped kitchen including stovetop/oven, microwave and dishwasher. The quaint coffee nook is just off the kitchen where you can sit and enjoy the view of our outside deck and backyard. There is a combination propane/charcoal grill and deck chairs to enjoy local ball park fireworks in the summer.

Entering through the vestibule, you will find the parlor where you can sit and chat in a comfortable setting. The adjoining living room has a 55” Fire TV for you to log into apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO, etc.

On the second floor you will find three bedrooms and a full bath with the original 1912 clawfoot tub and shower. Master bedroom is set up with a king sized bed, armpit, 19” Fire tv, closet and standing vanity. The master room also has a desktop workstation for those that want o work from home. The middle and rear bedrooms have queen sized beds, night stands and vanity table with mirror.

Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, central air conditioning, heating, and washing machine and dryer. The bathrooms feature a bidet and bathtub for added comfort. Conveniently located near restaurants, Franklin & Marshall College, Lancaster Hospital, Amtrak station, and local shopping. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

In response to the Coronavirus Pandemic we have established additional sanitization procedures including the use of whole room, Ultraviolet disinfection units. We also added additional cleaning days between each booking. We provide hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, disposable hand towel, Lysol spray disinfectant and vinyl gloves for your use.

Guests have the entire house, backyard, deck, front porch and 2nd floor rear balcony.
