The house was very spacious, comfortable and convenient to Fort Worth. We really enjoyed having a pool to hang out in during the day.

Stayed here for my son's wedding in the Ft Worth area. This house was perfect and had everything we needed and we were able to host people over to enjoy the pool and fun games and backyard. Host responded quickly to every message and check in was very easy. House is close to a lot of stores. Would have loved one more bathroom but we made it work especially with mostly boys staying here. Would definitely stay here again with a group!

Thank you for choosing our home for such a big weekend. Hosting a wedding party takes both space and flexibility, and it is good to know the pool, the games and the backyard all earned their keep. The point about bathrooms is a fair one and noted, and we would be glad to have the group back.

My family and I came to Texas for parents weekend and wanted a place to celebrate our son's birthday and visiting our son in college for the first time. We arrived to find a constant beeping from a smoke detector behind a locked door. We had a kitchen provided that had no amenities or products for use such as foil, salt/pepper, soap for the sink, or even coffee filters to be used with the coffee maker provided. The game rooms were in two locations. One was in the garage and unbearable at 100 degrees and enclosed. The other was upstairs and had a basketball machine that was not able to keep score and upright games that were missing joysticks. The beautiful pictures of the yard online do not match at all with the reality. There is no grass (was all yellow and dirt everywhere). The beautiful firepit and swing area was run down and I felt I needed a tetanus shot just to sit down on the swings. There is an offering of a grill but no utensils are provided to use said grill. The agent did deliver some grill tools on our second night but we were no longer using the grill at that time. We had a huge cockroach run across the living room on the second day, scaring my wife and son. And to top it all off, there was a question of cleanliness at the house. A used razor was found in the upstairs bathroom by my 12 year old son. And, when I evaluated the bed before laying down, I found staining on the sheets, small pubic hairs, and longer human head hairs. Disaster!

The beeping smoke detector, the missing kitchen basics, the hot game room, the yard and fire pit area, the cockroach and the cleanliness issues you found are not the standard we hold ourselves to. We know the grill tools arrived later than they should have. Every point has been passed to our cleaning and maintenance teams.
