Modern Townhouse. Tastefully decorated. The host was easy to reach and helpful. Great coffee selection which is a very nice gesture. There is a cute coffee shop close by. We were vey happy with our experience and would stay again.

My parents stayed at Philip's place for 10 nights while visiting us (we live in the neighborhood) and their stay could not have been better! They loved how new and clean the house is and commented on the comfortable beds too. Philip was a wonderful host - great communication, easy check-in/check-out process, and all the little touches with a gift basket upon arrival really made the place special. We will definitely choose Philip's place again for a future stay.

This rental is definatly a 5 star !! The communication with the host was amazing ! The cleanliness, parking and overall amenities were great. He put alot of thought into someone's stay there. There is everything you could possibly want or need there. It was close to the airport and downtown area too ! If we were ever in Seattle we would definatly stay there again !

Great stay! Convenient location, and good host. Although street parking only, it wasnʻt an issue as there seemed to always be a space nearby. Maybe not usually the thing to rate, but awesome bidets in every bathroom!! Haha. Makes us wanna get those for our own house! Thanks Philip!

We had an amazing stay at Philip's place! The home was clean, modern, and has so many thoughtful details that really make it stand out. The bathrooms are incredible with luxurious bidets, heated seats (such a nice touch). The location is perfect as it was quiet, safe, and walkable to Georgetown which has great restaurants and coffee shops, while still being just a short drive to downtown Seattle. Parking was easy and always available right in front of the house, which was a huge plus. Philip is a fantastic host as he was super responsive, friendly, and clearly cares about his guest’s experience and would highly recommend!

The space was exactly as described—comfortable, stylish, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing visit.We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. We cooked several meals during our stay, and it had everything we needed to make cooking easy and enjoyable.One unexpected highlight? The smart toilets! It might sound funny to mention, but they added such a nice touch of modern comfort and made the stay feel a bit luxurious. It’s clear Philip pays attention to thoughtful details that elevate the guest experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Philip’s place to anyone visiting Seattle. Beautiful two-story home in a cute neighborhood in south Seattle! Super close to a bus stop which connects to light rail etc; the bus stop was a walkable distance even for my 84yo grandmother. Philip was a very friendly and helpful host. We didn't end up getting to check in early, but he was so generous in letting my family and I drop off our baggage at his home next door for a few hours while the cleaners came. 5 adults stayed there, and the bottom floor has the pullout couch/bed and a half bath, which made it very accessible for my grandma. The home is clean, modern, spacious, pleasant, and has high-tech toilets haha! Very decent price for the value.
