Charming 2-bedroom house in Seattle with WiFi, AC, 5 minutes from downtown

This bright, spacious 2 bedroom home is nestled in the quiet but bustling neighborhood of North Beacon Hill. This is the perfect location for a weekend staycation with many bars and restaurants within walking distance or a home away from home. The light rail is a short distance away with routes to both downtown and Seatac airport. We are very conveniently located for World Cup visits.

Lumen field, T-mobile Park, Wamu Theater & most downtown Seattle attractions are 5 minutes away. Seattle's iconic Pike Place Market is a short distance as well.

There are smart TV's in reach room with most streaming apps available (just require sign in). The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking ware, a coffee station and an assortment of spices. We also offer one complimentary laundry pod and dryer sheet for guest use.

Sip on your coffee or relax in our sun room just outside the front door with a small table and chairs. While there is not a parking spot on the premises there is street parking available. There are tenants in the downstairs unit (duplex), however both units are closed off with a private entrance and separate yard spaces.

    When we arrived, I believe there was school being released so there was no parking on the road but we were able to move our vehicle later. The check in process was great and easy. The home was cozy and the beds were comfortable for me. We weren't able to use the sofa bed because the mechanism was broken and not allowing it to fully set up, so that was a downfall but not a deal breaker. The kitchen had a great setup and I felt bummed we weren't staying longer to use it. The host was extremely responsive and that was truly appreciated.

    We had a wonderful stay at this property! The apartment was as advertised and there were no unpleasant surprises. We loved having the kitchen so that we could save some money on eating out and the host provided all the utensils we needed to cook with. The beds were comfortable and the area was a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Communicating with the host was really easy over the Vrbo site and they were super clear about expectations and check in/checkout process. The space had easy to adjust A/C and the TV was very easy to sign into using our own streaming services. I would recommend this location and I would stay here again. The only note that I have would be that scent sensitive folks may struggle with the diffuser, but that is easily unplugged.

    Very clean & quaint little home. A few issues we encountered when we arrived - the parking is on the streets with very steep incline, which we were not aware of. If you have physical limitations with walking, beware. The lock system on the front door took four of us five mins to get it unlocked. When we went to shower, we had no hot water in the house. Contacted the agent & took over an hour to respond. Left a follow up response & never got a reply from agent. Very disappointed in customer service which is sad because its a very cozy home near downtown Seattle. Would not recommend to anyone with physical limitations or knee/hip issues. I suggest advertising about the steep incline of the parking & sidewalks so customers are aware.

    This truly was a charming house to stay in for our quick trip to Seattle to watch a US women’s soccer match. The space is absolutely adorable and was spotless when we arrived. The two bedrooms were big enough for 2 people each to sleep in comfortably. There are family games provided and 3 TVs for entertainment. The check-in and check-out instructions were well laid out, and we had an opportunity for early check-in, which was amazing! Not to mention, Lauren was always quick to respond, and she even purchased a blender for us after I asked if one was available on site! We are keeping this spot in mind for our future ventures to Seattle! Highly recommend!

I love to travel and have stayed in many unique hotels and rental properties, inspiring some of the touches I have put on my own. My goal is to create a comfortable home away from home for each guest stay!

    The Beacon Hill neighborhood is not only scenic, quiet, conveniently situated near downtown Seattle and has many neighborhood bars and restaurants. This is perfect for guests who like the feel of a neighborhood but still want to be close to the city. Public transportation is also very close.

    The property reflects my own personal style which is comprised of both boho and modern touches. We also offer onsite laundry, a full kitchen and small side yard for guest use.
