Escape to the heart of Florida’s natural beauty at our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home with private neighborhood access to the Rainbow River. Surrounded by lush greenery and backed by tranquil nature scenes, this home is perfect for relaxing getaways and outdoor adventures alike.

Start your mornings with coffee on the back patio, where deer and birds often wander by, and spend your evenings gathered around the fire pit under the stars. Whether you’re looking to kayak (we have those!) tube, or boat, you’ll have easy access to the Rainbow River—perfect for water lovers of all ages.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need to feel right at home. The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, and small appliances, making mealtime a breeze. Each room is thoughtfully furnished for comfort, with modern conveniences throughout.

Our family had an amazing time! The ability to kayak was a highlight for sure. Briana provided everything we needed to enjoy this experience. She was quick to respond to any questions we had, and we truly appreciated all her recommendations and assistance. She is an incredible host! We would definitely stay here if we were in the area again.

Five senior kayakers/bikers enjoyed two wonderful weeks in this comfortable, well-equipped house in a quiet neighborhood.  Kayaks and private access to the Rainbow River are major advantages.  The house is also close to KP Hole and Rainbow River State Park.  Withlacoochee and Crystal Rivers are a short drive away.  Three supermarkets and a wonderful seafood market are minutes away, as are bike and hiking paths.  The host was very responsive. It was a perfect stay for us.

Beautiful accommodation. Great location in the community with access to Rio Vista.. perfect for a weekend scuba certification. We mostly enjoyed sitting on the back porch at sunrise and sunset watching the deer.

The home was so clean and well stocked. We chose this location for the outdoor amenities and were not disappointed. Wood was provided for the firepit, the kayaks and paddles were in great condition, the back porch was a very private spot to watch wildlife and unwind. Filtered water was in the fridge, coffee and filters ready to go, shampoo, you name it. You absolutely cannot beat the neighborhood river access point and its proximity to the home. Every now and then you come across a host that goes the extra mile and this is one of them! So many special touches like a bottle of wine, flowers and birthday card really made our weekend perfect. Thank you for your hospitality!

What a great find. This home is very well kept, clean and tidy. It looks exactly like the pictures. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The backyard is a gorgeous all wooded area. There is a fire pit, which we didn't use because it's summertime, but still, a nice touch. It's in a nice little neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The neighborhood has a private riverfront park/access which we used to get on the Rainbow River. Which was SO much nicer than battling the crowds to get in at KP hole. In addition, we could put our own floats in at this location. It took us about an hour and a half to 2 hours to get to the float take out point, which was the perfect amount of time. Not to mention being south of KP hoke kept us ahead of the crowds of other tubers. This neighborhood is close to everything but off the beaten path. We saw deer, wild turkey, and fox on the drive-in. This area is truly natural Florida at its best. Our host, Brianna, was extremely helpful and easy to get in touch with. We will definitely look to rent again when we're back to this area.
